Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has a King bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and Views of the Sound.

Level Two: Spacious Great Room with a vaulted ceiling has a Living Area, a Kitchen Area and a Dining Area (seating 16+) with wall-to-wall Ocean and Sound Views. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No Fee! No cats. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
