Cute apartment, but the beds were terrible. Owner/ hosts made zero effort to help during our stay. A/C in one of the rooms didn't work. Not even toilet paper in the bathrooms was provided. Could be more transparent about what's actually provided during the stay (no towels, toilet paper, sheets, etc.) Great location though.

Imóvel bate com a descrição do anúncio. Só precisa URGENTE por Netflix, só pega 3 canais na televisão, pra criança não tem nenhum canal. De resto nada a reclamar. Me hospedaria nele novamente. Tem máquina de lavar que também é ótimo.

O apartamento é confortável e o condomínio oferece excelente área de lazer. O ar condicionado dos 2 quartos precisam de manutenção, mas de uma forma geral, o período que passamos no apartamento foi muito agradável. A anfitriã, Fátima, nos deu todo o suporte necessário em tempo hábil.

O condomínio é otimo, excelente localização. O apartamento estava aparentemente limpo, porém com cheiro horrível de urina, precisei usar desinfetante para deixar os banheiros usáveis. As camas deixam muito a desejar. Colchões de solteiro muito ruins. A academia não pode ser utilizada, portanto não deveria ser anunciada.

OTIMO APARTAMENTO

Ficamos muitos satisfeitos com nossa estadia no apartamento da FAtima, muito bem localizado, uma otima estrutura do predio, com piscina aquecida, saunas funcionando todos os dias, salao de jogos onde meus filhos se divetiram bastante. RECOMENDO MUITO.
