Our beachfront community has expanded. Welcome to Villa Madroño, a brand new one-bedroom rental under the almond trees located directly on the world- renown Pacific surfing beach of Santa Teresa. The new rental, completed in January 2022, is an elegant Costa Rican getaway built with local materials by local craftsmen. Custom woodwork throughout; king-sized bedroom suite/en suite bathroom; well-designed, and thoughtfully equipped full kitchen; indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas, and a private terrace dipping pool with the added comfort of hydro-massage jets. On-site management and adjacent owner residence. Daily cleaning. Walk to local restaurants, including one directly on the beach several meters from your door. Villa Madroña is our newest rental—a unique addition to our quiet and rustic beachfront community.

This is an exceptional property located just steps away from a slice of paradise. It is a beautiful modern home just steps away from the white sand beach. The perfect location to take in the stunning sunset. Richard takes hosting to a Concierge level. He went above and beyond to help us with requested arrangements.
