Fully renovated turn-key with new furniture & appliances downstairs 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom house located by Averill Park and Rolling Hills/Palos Verdes. Fully Furnished with furniture, bedding, towels, plates, silverware, cooking supplies, glasses, cups, etc. All appliances (Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Disposal, Microwave, Refrigerator, Oven) are new. New leather couch. 72-inch and 47' smart TVs. Programmable lock on front door. Bathroom renovated with with two shower heads and double vanity sinks. Kitchen cabinets brand new with lots of storage. New hardwood flooring. All walls and ceilings resurfaced and freshly painted. CA King memory foam mattress. Closet in Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom have built in racks and storage. Rear covered deck is approximately 400 square feet. Lots of parking on street and shared driveway. Two large storage units with shelving (8X10 and 8X15) in back yard are available for an additional charge. Wi-fi, Power, Gas, Electricity, Water, Trash included. Renovation upstairs almost completed but some days will be noisy 8am-3pm in September 2025. PLEASE TEXT ME WITH QUESTIONS.
