Great Place To Stay

Very comfortable and quiet area in the heart of Play Del Carmen (especially for the price) - Yet a quick 5-7 minute walk to all main attractions and beach. I have stayed in Playa many times over the past 15 years and this property matches up against any top notch Hotel. The rooms are modern and clean - bed was comfortable, AC worked very well, pool was clean and well maintained, wifi was excellent for work and having a small equipped kitchen made well for breakfast and snacks. Few blocks away from the ADO bus terminal and municipal park. And host was also very quick to respond to my messages My only negatives would be hot shower water was sometimes not available in the mornings, the pool area is in high usage so at times there were no available seats besides the bar stools, so you may want to get up there early. There could be a roll of paper towels or a dish towel for the kitchen. Other than those small details, I highly recommend for your stay - You will not be disappointed.

A lovely stay

This was the host's first experience, and so we went into this knowing it could have small hiccups. Overall it was a truly lovely experience! We would recommend this location to travelers who will continue to help the host make it a polished experience. Our host was responsive to our needs and communicated openly. This to me is more important than everything being "perfect." She was kind, professional, and obviously doing her best. The room itself was clean & comfortable. The fridge was handy for leftovers and water storage. Having the ability to reheat the leftover food was awesome - because the food is SO good in Playa. The pool was beautiful. The property all round was clean. The location was AMAZING. We could walk to everything comfortably. Some tips: - There are rules around pool use, but most of the nights we were there people didn't heed the rules and there was some partying. The street can be a little noisy at night too because its a vibrant area of town. Earplugs might be helpful. - The light on the airconditioner is SUPER bright. You might bring a post-it or something to cover it and remove it without huring anything. If you sleep with a mask or you don't mind a little light this is a non-issue. I recommend this stay and we were really grateful for the time and for the beautiful hospitality! I'd feel so lucky to get to return.

Amazing stay

everything is as described premium quality towels linens and its a real king size bed a/c works great but barely used it slept with balcony door open every night slept like a baby its only unit with a partial ocean view everything is walkable and collectivo is one block away for 10 pesos takes you all the way north to check out other beaches we had so much fun doing this..also walmart 2 blocks away
