From exploring towering red rock arches, rafting between towering canyon walls, or pedaling through stunning desert vistas. Or maybe you simply want to enjoy a morning cup of coffee next to the firepit in the early light of dawn while the earth shakes off its slumber. Somewhere you can walk to world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment from your front door.

You don’t need to imagine it. This place already exists, and it is called Moab Flats. Located steps from Main Street in downtown, this inviting vacation home offers up every amenity on a stylish, mid-century modern platter. Filled with sumptuous textiles, sophisticated furniture, splashes of color, and exposed beams, this is the ultimate homebase for all of your Utah adventures.

Outdoors, family friendly amenities like a communal BBQ area, hot tub, and bike repair station are at your disposal. At the end of the day, gathered around the fire pit roasting marshmallows with the stars twinkle above, you’ll wonder why life can’t be this simple or the perfect all of the time.

My family and I enjoyed staying here! It’s a great location to dining and shopping. We had plenty of space and it was nice to be able to do some laundry.

Very convenient, great location you can walk most anywhere. Its far enough from the main street to be quiet. Only issue to me was the lights in the garden stay one all night and the bedroom doesn't block out the light. Other than that, we would definitely book here again

Enjoyed being able to walk to everything and ride to trails. Great amount of hangout space for 3 people. Only complaint is the uncomfortable Murphy bed mattress.

I really liked the area and set-up of this property. The. bed was comfortable and it had all the things you need for a week-long stay. The walls are very thin so if you don't like hearing your neighbours you won't like it here. It didn't bother me much but my husband hated that piece of our stay. Our unit had an odd smell - possibly from dogs that had stayed in the past, and the carpet had a very large stain on it and this might be where the smell came from. Other than that it was quite clean.

Two adults stayed in unit 7. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was useful. It was nice to have a w/d. The unit was very clean. We liked the location because we were able to walk to restaurants and the bike shop.

Central Moab place for a family to lay-up

The location is central to the business district. This was good in the mornings to dash out and get coffee or a quick dinner. My son (14) liked sleeping in the nook, which was a surprise. I would would not have wanted to sleep there or on the Murphy bed. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utinsils for a small family. My only comment was the yard person made a terrific noise blowing the leaves. It just seemed that he was in no hurry to get the job done and was unaware that the blower was deafening.

Perfect place in Moab

Great location right off Main. Less than 10 minutes from Arches. Perfect place for small family (parents and 2 kids). Only complaint was downstairs neighbors were up (and loud) until 5 in the morning one night, and the walls are pretty thin. Thankfully the kids are good sleepers. Everything else was so great that I’m still rating 5 stars.
