Our roomy, one-floor home is furnished to maximize your accommodation needs during your visit. It is located just 5 miles from the center of Moab. No motel can match the comfort and space our inviting home provides.

BEDROOMS - the Master Bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, decorative lamps, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, and private bath with tub. Enjoy DirecTV programs and a DVD player. Walk out onto a private patio to view the red rock rims.

The other two Guest Bedrooms each offer a pillow-top queen size bed, night stand, dresser, ceiling fan, decorative lamp, closet, and access to a shared outdoor patio.

BATHROOMS - in addition to the Master suite bathroom, a full-size Kokopelli decorated bathroom with tub is just footsteps away from the Guest rooms. Both large bathrooms have hair dryers.

A half-bath is conveniently located near the living room & kitchen.

KITCHEN - the completely furnished kitchen provides everything you need to prepare elaborate meals, lunch for your daily adventures, and an early morning breakfast on the adjoining patio. We provide spices, condiments, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and other items you expect in your own home. In addition to the beautiful full-size appliances, we offer a toaster, coffee maker, and a blender. Three stools are located at the kitchen counter.

DINING - the large table with six chairs provides ample space for a home cooked meal.

LIVING ROOM - the vaulted ceiling creates an open feeling as you relax on a full size leather couch and matching love seat in front of a gas fireplace. The room offers a large coffee table and end tables with decorative Southwest lamps. Enjoy your favorite programs via a 42-inch Vizio Smart TV with DirecTV service.

A full size futon couch is adjacent to the living room (a great place to catch a nap).

A built-in desk with an office chair and wireless HP Officejet printer/copier/scanner are provided.

TWO CAR GARAGE - the wide driveway and over-sized two car garage provides ample room for your car, Jeep, trailer, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, mountain bikes, and other recreational vehicles.

LAUNDRY ROOM - from the garage, you enter into a utility room with a full size sink and full sized washer and dryer. A starter supply of laundry soap is provided for your convenience.

PATIO and BACKYARD - just off the kitchen and Master bedroom is a covered, concrete stamped patio with a table, six chairs, and a gas grill BBQ. The private backyard is the largest in the entire development.

INTERNET & TUNES - high-speed wireless internet is provided. Connect via Bluetooth or audio cable to a speaker system in the Living Room.

GOLF CLUBS - guests have access to a man's set and a woman's set, free of charge. The Moab Golf Club is close and very nice.

PETS & SMOKING - we do not permit pets or smoking. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Why Bruce & Tammi Shreve chose Utah

We love this house because of its location just slightly outside of town. The development is small and intimate and therefore not crowded or noisy. The view from the front of the house is spectacular, and the view from the back of the house looks directly onto the towering south rim.

What makes this condo unique

We got turned on to National parks over the past few years. In 2013, we visited seven national parks in Southeast Utah, and especially loved our time in Moab. We purchased this property so we could spend our leisure time exploring all the amazing sights and adventures of Moab, including hiking, rafting, golfing, ATVing, jeeping, climbing, and finding petroglyphs and dinosaur tracks. Talk to the locals to find where the less advertised sites are!

Just lovely.

The property was better than its pictures, well-appointed and immaculately clean. Would stay at this property again. It was a little bit out of town which made it quieter and it had a nice outside area to watch the sunrises on the mountains behind the house. Enjoyed the pool.

Moab harley ride

Great beds and very comfortable gathering areas. Felt like home, room in garage for our 5 Harleys. Pool was great way to cool down after day of touring awesome landmarks

Cliff Hanger - A must stay property

Bruce & Tammi have a wonderful home. Well furnished and we liked the local "theme" of the home. We stayed 5 days and had a great experience. Please read all of the review.

Possible improvements - The owners have a LARGE collection of DVDs to view. However, there is not a DVD player in the living area. We connected a laptop and enjoyed the movies. The grill is a tad small and we ran out of propane before the meat was cooked. This was a problem as we had to finish on the stove and everyone ate in shifts. I would recommend a spare propane tank. The blinds in the Master need to be replaced.

Positives - Too many to list. This house is well stocked. They even have a small cooler to take to the pool! The house is quiet and comfortable. The communication from Bruce and Tammi was great. Shelby the house keeper was amazing! She kept us informed and even helped us with questions on the local attractions. She was responsive to all our needs! The garage is large. We brought a large Jeep and it fit with no issues. The kitchen and laundry had all you need and then some. The layout was pleasing. If we go back to Moab we will be calling on Cliff Hanger. We can't recommend this beautiful home enough. The above issues were small and should not overshadow your opportunity to stay in this home. We can't recommend Cliff Hanger enough. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Once again a great location - great stay!

This is our third time at the location in Moab and it continued to prove to be a great location for us! We enjoyed the cleanliness of the home as well as the available amenities and Shelly was fabulous! She was attentive to our every need and made sure everything was in order and we were well taken care of an happy with our stay - thanks so much!

Our Family Vacation to Moab

We had 7 adults on a family motorcycle ride through Moab, UT. Decided to get a house instead of hotel rooms. Best decision that we made. This house has a great setup. Having a house gives you a place to visit without having to sit on beds in the hotel rooms. To actually have a kitchen and living area was great. The outside patio was a great feature as well, with a ceiling fan to move the air around was helpful too. A garage to park in out of the sun was definitely a plus as well. We would definitely stay at this property again. Bruce and Tammi were prompt in email and Shelly was proactive on getting us in early, although we were riding and didn't get there to late afternoon anyway.
