Excellent location, lovely home

Great house in this area. Excellent communication with the house manager and house has everything you need. Incredible views and easy to find.

The house was beautiful, and the host. graciously let us check in early, however the air conditioning control turned off around 9:00. It was very hot. We did not know about the pet fee and a guest came for dinner the last night with a dog for around 3 hours. We were charged an extra 50 with the pet fee for waste pickup when there was dog waste there when we arrived 3 days earlier. We hauled all garbage off the premises ourselves.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry for the AC confusion. The AC is set on auto 69 degrees. The thermostat is on main floor. There there are clear instructions in the welcome book located countertop on how to keep the upstairs cool. We are a pet friendly but ask that they be included in the reservations to coordinate additional cleaning and sanitizing services. this information, along with the leash laws, are disclosed upfront in the reservation . We take pride in our home and perform a grounds inspections before and after each stay. To keep our rental rates down and accommodate all guest we must charge a fee when individuals do not clean up their pet waste.

Everything was wonderful except for cell phone service, but we did fine without making any calls. TV could use ESPN and other sports options.Fantastic view (better with more of a see through fence in back), great beds, exceptional kitchen, we loved being out "on a ranch".

With all four seasons this place offers an abundance of outdoor activities. This is what makes sharing our hidden gem with you and your family so rewarding for us.

The country feel with a 360-mountain view all wrapped up into a gated quiet community a few short miles from the best of hiking, biking, boating, swimming, fishing, hunting, golfing, skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, along with top wineries, apple and Cherrie orchards.

This amazing place has room for everyone. With an open floor plan, you can be whipping up your delish meals in the fully equip kitchen while not missing out on any priceless family time. From playing basketball in the front to croquet or corn hole in the fully fenced back yard where you are for sure to make memories with the late-night star gazing
