This was such a cute and relaxing cabin! Perfect for a lakeside getaway. Loved being able to use the kayak to explore the lake and the rocks in the middle. Loved exploring trails and visiting the tulip farm! Wonderful visit.
The coziest experience we could’ve asked for!! Very well detailed both online and in the cabin itself for all possible situations!! We can’t wait to come back!!
My partner and I loved the place it was very nice and it had a homey feel, we were greeted with a note welcoming us, stories from the previous people that stayed there and also snacks which were greatly appreciated, We also loved seeing the horses and the water near the property.
Loved the cabin we stayed in - matched the pictures and description perfectly. Looking forward to staying here with our kids during the warmer weather and enjoying the lake more. Sauna was AMAZING!
We had an amazing time in this adorable cabin! The Finnish wood-fired sauna was incredible, the hikes were lovely, and Angela was so helpful and communicative.

Thank you! So happy you enjoyed your time on the lake.
It was so cozy and absolutely beautiful. Me and family enjoyed our stay so much. We look forward to coming back in the summer. The host was amazing, her son was so helpful as to start our fire for us. I definitely recommend.
A great escape from bigger towns and cities. A good spot for relaxation, peace and quiet, and comfort. It is also a short drive away from the casinos! Our little one (2 years old) loved it and called it her “fun house”, would love to see it in the summer to access the lake in warmer temps!

I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay! We have one open week this summer, August 24-31st if you are interested!
We booked for 2 nights but left after the first night. There was a strong musty smell in the cabin. My husband had a hard breathing. I kept the sheet over my head in order to sleep. Other than the smell especially when we turned off the heat - the cabin was clean.

You were the first guest after we installed a new heating system, and I believe the smell was associated with the breaking in of the new system. We apologize for any discomfort this caused you.
What a cozy spot tucked away in the woods. Our stay felt like a visit with family just enjoying the amenities offered to all. Angela was a warm and welcoming host who was always around when we had questions.
The cabin had everything needed for a long Weekend-type getaway and felt like home, especially when we made friends with Marlin the barn cat!
The lake was tranquil and clean. On their private beach, I particularly appreciated the kayaks, canoes and life jackets readily and easily available for use. The “Lily Pad”, floaty and floating dock were a nice bonus, too! The lake does allow powered water boats/jet skis but it never got too loud or annoying. Everyone was considerate.
It’s definitely on the “visit again” list!
Thanks Angela and fam!!
We have lived on this property for just over 20 years and our family has been here since the early 1960's. It is a special place that we enjoy sharing with our guests. Although we are new to this platform, we have been renting cabins here on Beach Pond as long as we have lived here. This has been a popular lake escape since the 1800's!
