The house was perfect for our daughter’s wedding weekend! The large table in the kitchen was so wonderful for us to gather around and drink coffee and chat! We were also able to put together bouquets for the wedding, on the table! The beds are all extremely comfortable! We loved how every bedroom had a “theme” (Mean Joe Green, Meat Loaf, Norah Jones etc)! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. There is a nice washer and dryer and all the bathrooms were very clean. Check in and check out were very simple. The host was extremely communicative with us and helped us! The only downside (no fault of owner) is that during the school year, there are many students that park on the street and make it tough to get in the driveway and one night we got completely blocked out due to a student’s blocking the driveway. Nathan was very helpful in getting the police to take care of the situation quickly. If you have multiple cars you may need to utilize the street parking. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again…. comfortable and clean and perfect for a large family with Nathan’s attentiveness made our daughter’s wedding weekend so perfect!

Great Weekend

We stayed here for a quiet bachelorette weekend in Denton and that it was! The house was exactly as the pictures showed and each room was super homey. Our only downside is that some of the towels had hair on them. They appeared clean, just like whoever is cleaning should possibly wear a hair net. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend trip

Very clean, had everything we needed.Location was close to lots of restaurants.Host was very nice and easy to deal with.Check in was easy.King size beds were comfortable.Covered patio in backyard with plenty of seating was nice.

Homecoming weekend pad

Great place that housed our larger group comfortably with a quick walk to campus. Lots of sleeping space and nice outdoor space in the back. Owner was super communicator.

Great location, house set up perfect!

We came to enjoy UNT family weekend and this home was set up perfectly for everyone. Amenities were great, clean, functional, and location to our events was so convenient! The back yard awning set up was the best memories of our gathering. We look forward to coming back!
