Prime Location!!! This charming newly built home in the prime location of Denton is spacious, clean, and only minutes from University of North Texas (UNT), Texas Women’s University (TWU), Denton Square and all other Denton Entertainments. This home includes one large family cum living room, 4 spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 10, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, comfortable workspace with desk, two smart TVs, and high efficient washer and dryer. UNT is only 3-5 minutes away and the area has countless restaurants, grocery stores, and great nearby shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and guests may park in the 2-car garage and 2 in the driveway. The backyard is fully fenced and there are chairs for relaxing on the back patio. Great for family, business and leisure.

This was the perfect property for our family. It was extremely clean and had everything we need. It was a short drive to the town square in Denton, which was a huge plus!

Enjoyed the house. It was clean and had a nice layout. However there were ant in bathrooms and a few bedroom. Neighborhood was not great either.

This is a very nice home. Super clean and updated. It was perfect for the short stay for my family. Communciation with the owner was excellent. We attended a family wedding in an adjacent town and Dallas.There is a lower income area very near by including the Denton County law enforcement complex and Jail. Just be aware of your sorroundings when utilizing the town's ammenities. The college area and shopping areas are very nice and extensive.

Meeting family

We were very surprised and happy with how the house was for us. Very clean and spacious. The backyard was good for my boys to play. The kitchen had just enough stuff for us to make meals (I only made breakfast). We brought my elderly dad down to see his brother and it was a little difficult for him in the bathroom without some bars to hold on to, but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again with our family!

Wonderful location. My husband and I stayed with our 3 children and their spouses. Master sweet was huge. The kids said the other beds needed a topper, but other than that, was wonderful

Wonderful, spacious, comfortable, and clean place in Denton.

We stayed Here with family for a long weekend while in town for our son’s wedding. The home was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. It was a great place to relax after our busy days of getting ready for the wedding. The location is nice on a street of newer homes. It was a 7 to 10 minute drive to Center of Denton. Would gladly stay here again
