Four bedrooms on the second level and two on the third, each with premium cotton linens, ensure a restful stay. The expansive grounds are perfect for intimate events, from family cookouts to small weddings. Located minutes from pristine beaches, tidal ponds, and vibrant local attractions, this property offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities.

A beach pass to Blue Shutters or Charlestown beaches is included with the rental.

The property is perfect for small events such as multi-generational family cookouts & reunions to intimate weddings. All events over 15 people must be approved prior to booking and may be a separate fee above and beyond your specified rate.

Well maintained historic house, close to Burlingame & Ninigret parks and Charlestown & Blue Shutters beaches, and the beach pass is a plus! Comfy & spacious, great kitchen, hosts are welcoming & responsive. House is set back from Rte 1 with a large yard.

Had a wonderful time away with a men’s group. The house has charm and great flow with ample space for both meetings and solo reflection. Two high end fridges made it easy to store plenty of food. Lots of space for parking and an easy drive to the beach. Hosts were thoughtful and responsive. Overall great bang for the buck.

Family Reunion

The home turned into a wonderful place for my family's reunion. Plenty of space for 30 people (adults and children) to reconnect. Can't say enough good things about our hosts who were very commodating, friendly. My family shared their views on future family gatherings - and that coming back to this place would be ideal.

Excellent Experience

Our stay at the Coastal Farmhouse at Ninegret checked all our boxes. The old farmhouse is wonderful blend of old & new and very clean. The Hosts we super accommodating but not intrusive. We loved that the home was centrally located and close to the beautiful Blue Shutters and Charlestown beaches. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time in the coastal farmhouse. The home is very large and the kids had fun choosing their rooms. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. House is well equipped. Plenty of space for family meals and beautiful grounds around the house. Location was great to get to the beach although you cannot walk to the beach . Loved the area and will be back next year!

Summer Vacation

Great property lots of fun spaces to gather and relax. Wonderful kitchen-spacious grounds. Our family gathers once a year in a few different homes around Charlestown. The property was perfect for us to host dinners, and it was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable We highly recommend this property. Ben, Denese were fantastic with any questions we had.

Great Family Farmhouse

We had such an amazing stay at Ben and Denise's farmhouse for our family vacation. The house is gorgeous, lovingly decorated and painstakingly renovated/maintained. We traveled with a lot of adults and young kids and there was so much room for the kids to run without driving the adults insane! Jen was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed leading up to our stay. One of the best things, was we have two very severe allergies in our family and Ben, Denise and Jen were over the top accommodating to make sure our stay was safe for the parties included. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay

This was a great property for us. It served as the hub of a family reunion (we rented three other houses) and it was perfect. Great yard with a lovely patio and front porch for outside fun, multiple picnic tables, lots of seating, and many activities such as corn hole. Inside, there's a large and modern kitchen, lots of seating with multiple hang out rooms, and four good bedrooms and two more rustic rooms in the converted attic. Owner and property manager were super-helpful and accommodating. It is on route 1, so there is road noise when you are outside, but it is not a problem. The easiest five star rating I've ever given.

Great space for larger groups!

We have a large family and the home accommodated everyone easily. The kitchen is large and well equipped. It combines rustic feel with modern appliances. The yard is large and surrounded by trees to help maintain privacy from the busy road. You do have to drive to everything, there is no walking from the house due to the road. We used the house as a hub for people to travel to the beach, golf, visit friends. Check in was easy, with a nice welcome gift waiting. And the hosts were very communicative. Thank you!
