The expansive grounds are perfect for intimate events, from family cookouts to small weddings. Located minutes from pristine beaches, tidal ponds, and vibrant local attractions, this property offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities.

A beach pass to Blue Shutters or Charlestown beaches is included with the rental.

The property is perfect for small events such as multi-generational family cookouts & reunions to intimate weddings. All events over 15 people must be approved prior to booking and may be a separate fee above and beyond your specified rate.

Please bag all trash and place in outside trash receptacle and recyclables in marked bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
