Onsite concierge will help plan your activities, or spend time at the outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs. Great for families and Beaver Creek enjoys a reputation as having the best children's ski school in the nation.

Master bedroom has king bed and master bath includes steam shower, double sinks and oversized jetted tub. Separate vanity and seating area.
Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and guest bath includes shower with jetted tub.
Pull-out sofa or air mattress provides additional sleeping options in living room.
Custom granite flooring, countertops, dining table and bathroom walls throughout make this an elegant vacation setting that is quiet and relaxing.
Fully furnished with all amenities included - a complete vacation home with everything you need, including a gas BBQ for grilling on the outside patio.

The Hyatt Mountain lodge next door serves complimentary breakfast daily during the ski season and contains a fitness center and media room. In addition, a business center w/ computers & printers are available to you if needed.

Three HD TV's, high speed wireless internet service, cable TV and Netflix access are available for your entertainment convenience.

We are a family of avid skiers (and snowboarders) that love spending family time in Beaver Creek and exploring the beauty and diversity of this fabulous mountain. After traveling extensively while ski racing for over 35 years, we finally found our home at our favorite resort where we spend our free time. We have significantly reduced our rental availability in recent years and are pleased to offer our home during the holiday period to allow other families to enjoy the incredible village of Beaver Creek and to build your own family memories.

Rated #3 in North America, Beaver Creek is our absolute favorite mountain to ski and village to live in. Very quiet, private and upscale, being in the heart of the village means you can park your car in our heated & covered garage and leave it for the week while you explore all that Beaver Creek has to offer.
Either ski down to the Elkhorn lift or ride 4 escalators to the high-speed Centennial lift for easy access to world-class ski slopes.

What makes this property unique

This townhouse is in the heart of Beaver Creek and a 1-minute walk to the ice skating rink and shops/restaurants. Property is on the creek and creekside park with children's playground and open fields to play and picnic. Our outdoor patio leads you to a lovely courtyard that adjoins the outdoor swimming pool (heated year round) and 3 outdoor hot tubs.
Head next door in the morning for complimentary coffee, tea, breakfast and the morning paper - then plan your activities for the day with the help of our concierge to make sure you don't miss out on the festivities.
