Welcome to Little Gem, your peaceful oasis in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. As you step into our updated cozy brick ranch home, you'll feel all your worries melt away.

Little Gem is best for a group of 6 adults, or a max occupancy of 8 when including small children.

Our fully fenced backyard is the perfect place to unwind and have fun with your friends or loved ones. With plenty of space to play games and relax, you'll love spending time in our outdoor spaces.

Our Master Bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub. The master has a comfy king-size bed, a large closet with an iron and ironing board, and black-out curtains if mornings are not your thing.

There is a desk available for remote work, and a private coffee station if you need an extra cup of Joe to keep yourself focused.

Being family-friendly, there is a portable crib / portable changing table in the master closet. We also have a high chair located in the garage.

The Other 2 Bedrooms are equally comfortable. The 2nd Bedroom has a King-size bed, and the 3rd Bedroom (next to the dining room) has a Queen-size bed.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal and save money from going out to eat!

And if you're a coffee or tea lover, you'll be happy to know that we've got you covered! We provide a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Keurig coffee and tea pods, creamer, sugar, salt, and common spices.

We also have some plastic dishes and cups for outdoor dining or your children.

When you're ready to unwind, our beautiful outdoor patio spaces are the perfect place to relax and recharge. Our hot tub patio is perfect for soaking in the bubbles while enjoying a refreshing drink.

The 2nd patio, attached to the master bedroom, offers a sunrise view, where you can sip your coffee and embrace the beauty of the morning or relax in the evening watching the stars.

We provide toiletries, linens, towels, and USB charging stations in each bedroom.

Love retro arcade games? Our Legends Ultimate arcade system has over 1000 games - Millipede, Space Invaders, Pac-Man, and so much more!

We also have a large TV in the living room that has a number of apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc). You can just use your personal login and sign out before you check out. Please note we do not have cable.

AND if you are thinking about hitting the beach, let us know! We would be happy to provide some beach chairs, beach towels, and a folding wagon to ease the burden of packing for your trip.

Arriving late in the evening? No worries! We know how important it is to have a well-lit home, especially if you're arriving late at night. We ensure our home is lit for your convenience.

Please be aware: A $150 security deposit hold will be required a day before arrival, and immediately refunded/ released 2 business days after the end of the stay if there are no missing items or major damages to the property.

An individual renter agreement must be completed prior to your arrival. Our systems will generate a unique key code for self-check-in after the rental agreement has been signed by the primary guest booking the property.

Calls/messages/inquiries sent after 10 p.m. EST that are not urgent will be responded to the next day starting at 9 a.m. EST.
