Featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry facilities, large living areas, and all the fun games and amenities including Hot Tub, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Foosball, Basketball Hoop, air hockey, big screen TVs, Air Hockey, Yard Games, and Large Yards, This home has everything you need for the ultimate vacation. Enjoy the mountain lifestyle including mountain views and mountain decor throughout the home.



The Space:

This home is 3 stories and has lots of space for all. Located jsut south of Red Lodge, you are still close in for all the Red Lodge fun, while still enjoying the Mountain lifestyle. The large property has fenced yard space for your dogs, large firepit, lush grass lawns, ample parking, mountain cabin vibes, and so many activities you will never want to leave!



The main level features an open layout, libing space with tall ceilings and natural knotty pine finishes throughout. Enjoy hanging out with everyone in this space. Share a meal at the large dining room table with the whole crew. Make up your favorite dinner in the fully stocked kitchen that features custom counters and ample space. Sit and enjoy watching the sunrise on Mt Maurice with a cup of coffee by the fire. Watch a family favorite in the living room while you wind down from the busy day.



There are three queen bedrooms on the main level along with two full bathrooms. Of the two full bathrooms there is one with a shower/bath tub combo as well as one of the laundry areas, the other has a shower that is easy to access. If there are guests that struggle with stairs this is makes their stay much more comfortable and allows the whole family to be together.



The main level also features a small game room with foosball or it can be used for some quiet office space. This room can be closed off if needed for that quiet time.



The garage has been set up for FUN during all seasons! The heated garage has ping pong, air hockey, lounge chairs, bar tops, and still has plenty fo room for parking or setting up cornhole in the winter. In the garage you will find yard games stored including the volley ball net for the yard, the chairs for the fire pit, and corn hole.



Upstairs there is a loft that is set up for children in mind with games and a fold out bed. There is a king suite with tall ceilings and its own private seating room with 360 views, a portable AC unit, and comfortable chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower upstairs as well. Just off the loft, enjoy the large balcony that has incredible views of the valley south of town and Mt Maurice.



The lower level is another full living area including a second kitchen and dining area, a second living room with large ROKU TV, and a Pool Table for some games amongst friends. There is a separate entrance to this living area that leads you out to the fenced yard with fire pit, basketball, hot tub, and patio seating. There are two queen bedrooms as well as another full bathroom with laundry area and shower bath tub combo. For some additional sleeping, there are two comfortable roll away twin cots kept in the closet on this level. They are made up, ready for guests.



The large outside space is ready for summer fun with maintained lawns, a tall fenced yard for dogs to be able to play and stretch their legs, a large firepit with chairs for enjoying the incredible night sky, a hot tub with mountain views, a patio with a custom made stone bar, BBQ, volley ball, and lots of parking.

The Neighborhood:

Located just on the valley floor of the Beartooths, just shy of 1 mile south of Red Lodge along the Beartooth Scenic Highway. There are neighbors nearby as well as valley fields with open views of the mountain ranges. Red Lodge is just to your North and the Beartooth Highway is to your South. So whether you are looking for mountain adventure or the attractions of downtown, this home is conveniently located for you. The home is located just off the highway making it very accessible and easy to find.



If you are looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the area, Red Lodge is hard to beat. Enjoy watching the wildlife wander by including deer, moose, and turkeys. Red Lodge has many parks for that have great amenities including river access for Rock Creek, disc golf, tennis and pickleball, play structures, basketball courts. ice skating in the winter and farmers markets in the summers, baseball fields and soccer fields, a city pool, and green spaces with canopies of trees. There are also several trails including Rocky Fork trail that follows the edge of the bench for great views or a small trail down by Rotary Park that follows the river.



For the adventurers Red Lodge is nestled at the base of the Beartooths and sits just outside the Custer-Gallatin National Forest. So whether you want to explore the Nordic Trails in the winter, hike the mountain trails in the summer, or angle the rivers and streams, we have it all in our backyard.



Skiers and Riders can come together here at Red Lodge Mountain and enjoy the fresh groomed trails of Lazy M or find themselves in the steeps and deeps of Headwaters.



The Beartooth Highway is must in the Summer months. Take in the views from one of the most scenic drives in the country. The Beartooth Highway will bring you to the top of the world and you will enjoy high cascade lakes, wildlife, wildflowers, and stunning twists and turns.



Yellowstone National Park is only 70 miles south of Red Lodge via the Beartooth Pass in the summer months. It is about a 3 hour tour to get there through Silver Gate, but it is a trip you wont forget!



Getting Around:

Just 1 mile south of Red Lodge off highway 212 on the right.



Yellowstone National Park is about 70 miles away via the Beartooth Pass, which is a beautiful scenic drive, but it takes at least two hours to get there due to the twists and turns.



Billings is about 1 hour away.



Red Lodge Mountain is only about 15 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

This home has ample parking in front and back of the home. The garage is accessible for parking or games, whichever you prefer.



There is no AC for the home with the exception of the upstairs suite which has a portable unit.



Dogs are allowed at this property with prearrangement (max 2). There is a $50 pet fee for your stay. You are responsible for cleaning up after them and disposing of their waste. You are responsible for being in control of your dog(s) at all times. There is regular large wildlife at this property, and we want your pets to stay safe. Do not leave your pets unattended in the home. Only kennel your pets if they are kennel trained. Additional fees may be charged for any accidents in the home, additional required cleaning including excessive shedding, or damage to the home or furniture.

Overall a great stay. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Tons of room and games that kept us busy on the cold winter. Everything was spotless and perfect besides the hot tub. The water was a little dingy and had some dirt on the bottom bit still useable.
