We had a wonderful stay! There was 6 adults and two children 3 and 1. Lots of room for everyone. It was exactly what we needed. A perfect location close to the wedding venue and Charlottetown A quiet and private yard with many perks for the children. A outdoor play structure was a huge hit! A crib, highchair and many toys for the girls to play with made the stay much easier as we flew and didn’t have to brings those extras. Than you Gina and Morley

Private property

The home is spacious and very clean. It had all the amenities for a home away from home. The hot tub was perfect for 6. We truly appreciate the property being nestled away from other homes for privacy. The owners did pop by for a couple first days to water their garden and once to mow the lawn, however they were very respectful and friendly. The location was perfect as all attractions were within 30-50 minutes away. It’s was a great place for families to enjoy time together barbecuing and relaxing.

Excellent Family Holiday

The property was better than expected and the hosts were lovely. My kids and 4 grandchildren didn't want the week to end. PEI is beautiful and this home is in a convenient central location.

Excellent stay at wonderful property!

We had a great stay! Morley and Gina were so helpful and accommodating. The house is spacious and extremely clean, the property is very private and well kept, and the location is close to Charlottetown and many amenities. We would absolutely recommend this home for your next PEI vacation!

Wonderful property, location

We recently booked this property for a multi-generational family vacation. This home was the perfect size for the grandparents, grandkids, and everyone in between to be together and yet have space to spread out without being on top of each other. The home has everything you could ever need, is a short drive from major tourist attractions, and offers a beautiful setting to rest and reset. Gina was a lovely host and quick to respond to all communication. We would book this home again in a heartbeat!

Home away from home

We stayed here for a week at the end of June, three families each with a baby/toddler, and we had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable on our trip. We were able to stay in on rainy days and not feel crowded, and were close enough to parks, and Charlottetown to take day trips on nice days easily with small children. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Morley and Gina for your hospitality.

Exceeded our expectations!

This property is fully as nice as the description and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time staying here and were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the home as well as Gina's responsiveness. The hot tub was a perfect place to relax in the late evening and we were fortunate enough to have a full moon to enjoy. We loved the location, far enough from Charlottetown for peace and quiet yet close enough to enjoy it's restaurants and cultural events. We'd definitely recommend this property to our friends and will stay here again if we get back to PEI!

Great Summer Retreat

Enjoyed our stay at the house. It's close to Charlottetown and many other areas we visited. The house was clean, kitchen was well-stocked, yard was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Owners were responsive to our questions. Lots of room for a large group. Liked having the hot tub and a gas grill. Large grocery and other services within 5 minutes of property. House looked same as advertised. Found many good golf courses within an hour's drive. Also, ate great seafood at many little places close to the water. Look at the Culinary Trail list. Would recommend for anyone visiting PEI.

Excellent Property, Great Location

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. Very spacious. Nice quiet location, we enjoyed waking up to hearing nothing but the leaves on the trees rustling and the birds chirping. Close enough for any activity you may want to do in Charlottetown, easy to get to and a very central location. We spent our day touring the Island and this was a nice home away from home to come back to. The property was clean and well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There was a convenience store nearby that had enough variety to help us out when we realized we forgot to pickup a few things on our grocery trip to Charlottetown. The owners provided excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

As soon as we turned off Cameron Road to the house a wave of solitude washed over us. Such a picturesque well groomed property surrounded in autumn colors. Gina and Morley provide a vacation home that is clean, comfortable and feels "just like home". We spent many hours sightseeing beautiful PEI. We travelled to the eastern tip of the island, to the bottle houses at Cap Egmont, to the wind turbines on the northern tip, through the potato harvesting areas and many dairy farms. We took great pleasure sitting at many of the beaches listening to the water. The landscape color is breathtaking. The only regret was almost all the tourist locations were closed for the season. We would highly recommend this vacation property. A home away from home!

In one word - AMAZING!

This beautiful home is located on a gorgeous treed property off of the beaten path and about 15 minutes outside of Charlottetown, making it a very convenient location. It was a wonderful spot for our group of 8 - most of whom enjoyed a game of volleyball and the hot tub outside. The interior and exterior of the home are immaculate, furnished very nicely, and living and sleeping areas are very comfortable all around. Gina and Morley are very pleasant to work with, and have thought of everything their guests might need. The kitchen is really nice - large fridge, modern stove, a great island with seating around it. There is nothing missing from this property. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental to my family and friends. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend there! If we have the chance to go back, I would absolutely return to this lovely vacation home and try to stay a full week. We spent some time in Charlottetown - fully enjoyed seeing Anne of Green Gables. It really is an awesome musical and very reasonably priced! We took a walk down at the wharf and in the downtown area and did a bit of shopping. Tried out Cows Ice Cream, of course, and that was no disappointment :) On the second day we went to the Cavendish area (a 45 min. drive), where three went golfing at Forest Hills Golf Course, where the price was right, 2 went to the Anne of Green Gables Homestead and enjoyed some history and a tour, as well as a walk down "Lover's Lane", which was in the movie series. Three went horse back riding in Morrell at Circle T and enjoyed that very much, We all met up at the Cavendish Boardwalk for lunch and then were off to the Cavendish Provincial Park for an afternoon at the beach, which was a lot of fun! Enjoyed drives through the countryside and the red sands coastline and picked up some mussels and scallops for dinner at a retail seafood place. PEI is a wonderful place to visit and we hope to return again!

Perfect

The property was perfect for our family to come back and enjoy the Island. Our family is originally from PEI so we like to come back yearly when we can to visit our many relatives and see the splendor of PEI. We could not have chosen a better property that was located close to Charlottetown. The bedrooms were perfect size, the beds were sooooo comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful. Our hosts were so nice to us, we felt like we were home. Any questions we had they got back to us ASAP. We would love to go back again next year. Can only give this property 100 out of 10! 7 minutes from Hillcrest

We came for disc golf nationals and the location of the property was ideally located super close to hillcrest and almost centered between huck it and kings pine. Couldn’t ask for a better location - and the property itself was great. Nice big yard, hot tub was great for post round relaxation. Only downside is that the noise carries through the house quite a bit due to the A-frame style. Overall not bad at all but the guests upstairs did say it was a little loud with people talking in the main living area. Would definitely stay again!

Super clean and close to EVERYTHING!

Morley and Gina were great hosts of this property. They have the cottage spotless on your arrival and fully equipped for a great relaxing time. The location is amazing for day tripping out of as it’s so close to everything. And should you forget something in town, the corner store has you covered. Amazing house

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was very clean with lots of space and rooms. The host got back to us quickly and we’re very accommodating. We had two kids a 4 and 1 YO and the house was well equipped with toys and beds for them. It’s close to Charlottetown and several red sand beaches. The hot tub was a welcome bonus even in the summer! We really enjoyed our stay.

We are 100% Island bred and born. My husband and I have a grown son who is engages, a married daughter who has provided us with our first grand child, and we now spend our summers in our small cottage, inherited by family.

My husband hand picked this lot; he saw the amazing potential it had for a wonderful, hidden, family home. We designed and built this very home and tailored it to the lot. We love our home and the privacy it offers us year round. Being surrounded by trees gives the feeling of privacy and relaxation, all the while we are only 10 minutes to Charlottetown.
