A fully fenced backyard creates a safe haven for kids and pets to play freely. Gather around the fire pit on comfortable Adirondack chairs, creating memories under the stars. Rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower after a day at the nearby beach. Dine al fresco under the umbrella's soft lights, swing lazily in the hammock, or embark on outdoor adventures with our cruiser bikes, games like cornhole, bocce, frisbee, ring toss, washer toss, and sports equipment including tennis rackets, baseball, and glove.

Your days here are filled with endless possibilities for outdoor fun and relaxation.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. Pet fee applies.
