South Philly House was clean and comfortable and perfect for a three-day trip. Great to have a dishwasher, a fridge full of cold water, and high-quality washer & dryer. I had no problems parking if I got back around 4pm. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. Takeout at South Sichuan was excellent. Also like El Mezcal, Sardine Bar, Hannah K, and The Sidecar Bar & Grill. Hope to stay here again.

Good South Philly location, very clean and inviting. Plenty of parking on Point Breeze. Aldi (with a burrito truck!), donuts and yoga all within walking distance. Beds were clean and very comfortable, like staying at a friend's house. Would definitely recommend.

The place is amazing.! I absolutely loved it.! Very modern, clean, ANYTHING you need is there. Ample parking on Point Breeze. Property is great, centrally located, friendly neighbors, tons of restaurants, convenience stores nearby. Management was easily accessible & always promptly responds. While our trip was cut short. The stay was very nice. Check-in and check out were very simple. Cold water in the fridge was and added bonus and the shower was stocked with all the essentials. Kenyatta was very responsive and understanding. Helped us sooo much throughout the process!

Great Little Place!

My brother and I came into town for a friend's wedding and just needed an affordable place to crash. We ended up booking here last minute because our other accommodations fell through and I'm really glad we ended up here! We truly felt like guests here. You can tell the host really cares and thought of everything you might need and was very quick and responsive to any questions we had. Very cozy and very close to so many things! Parking is a little scarce but I think that's to be expected in the city. We were always able to eventually find a place on Point Breeze like the host recommended. Would absolutely stay here again!

It served the purpose.

Overall satisfied with the property, safe and walkable location with bars and restaurants easy to access. The challenge was that its a very old home, Beds are hard, pillows are old and very flat, main floor furniture is mostly comfortable for short term hang but not really a space you want to lounge at long term we really just used it as a spot to park our stuff and sleep which it was fine for. Also, property manager was very communicative and accomodating to changes/needs. Place was clean check in was easy mostly all the things you need for a short stay, even cold waters in the fridge when we got there which was a plus. For location, id probably stay again but wish the beds where not so hard.
