The Space

Step inside your serene, beach-inspired retreat. The open living space is designed for relaxation, flowing directly onto a private balcony where you can enjoy stunning ocean vistas from sunrise to sunset. The condo is perfectly appointed for families, couples, or even remote work, featuring a dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.

This cozy 2-bedroom condo offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:
* **Master Bedroom:** A spacious room with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
* **Guest Bedroom:** A comfortable room with a Queen bed and its own private bathroom.
* **Kitchen:** A fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials, a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig (a limited supply of coffee pods is included).
* **Laundry:** An in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided for your convenience.

We welcome long-term stays, making this an ideal home away from home.

Guest Access

Enjoy seamless self-check-in with keyless entry. You will have full access to the condo and the elevator for easy transport of your luggage and beach gear.

As our guest, you also have access to the incredible resort amenities shared across four buildings, including:

* **Beach Gear: ** Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach for your convenience. You are also welcome to bring your own.

Excellent location

This condo was very convenient and you have a perfect view of the ocean. We saw dolphins each morning from our balcony. The condo was very clean and the hosts provided everything we needed. We enjoyed using the hot tub and swimming pools on the property. Excited there were indoor racquetball and pickle ball courts. We will definitely return to this condo in the future!!

Love this place!

The view! The layout of the place, a bedroom and bathroom each on opposite sides of the living area. Very hot water (one of my favorite things). Great water pressure for your shower. A starter set of toiletries, toilet paper, trash bags,etc. I have stayed here several times for a whole month. It is my favorite out of the 3 Phoenix condos that I have rented. Jason is easy to work with and answers any question quickly. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!

A perfect stay—smooth booking, beautiful balcony view, convenient location, great pools and beach access, and plenty to keep the kids happy rain or shine.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo checked all our boxes and made for a great beach trip. The booking process and digital info were seamless and easy to follow. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location right off the elevator was super convenient without any noise issues. We loved having access to the pool, hot tubs, arcade, and indoor pool, plus it was just a short walk to the beach. It gave us plenty of options to keep the kids happy and entertained no matter the weather. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Views

This condo is exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking especially at sunset. The beds are comfortable. Many things to do because you have access to all 4 Phoenix properties. I would rent here again next year. Thanks for being great host.

Jason has done a great job with this condo. It is clean and very well appointed. Beds, couches and all other furniture and bedding were very comfortable. The gulf view is fabulous!! I gave a 4 star rating due to elevator noise that comes into the condo.

Great service

We had a great stay. Jason was very quick to answer any questions of help us out. He also offered us a discount because he had no bookings after we left and we couldn’t pass up the offer. It gave us two extra days on the beach! Our code didn’t work the last night and he was very quick to help us out! Highly recommend to anyone!

Nice clean place

I stayed here for a month. It's clean, nicely arranged apartment. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom and they are on opposite sides of the living area. You can occasionally see dolphins playing from the nicely arranged balcony. Access to several hot tubs, pools, racquetball courts and a game room. If you are here during Mardi Gras, you would be able to see the parade from the open area by the elevators. Good communication from the owners. I'll be back!

Fantastic stay

This 12 floor condo is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could possible want! The bed is super comfortable, the water in the shower gets really hot, and the lanai furniture is top of the line too. We would come here again in a heartbeat. And to be completely transparent, the door code was incorrect in the email we received. I called the owner who promptly told me the correct code, then texted and emailed the correct number to us. It was great to see how quickly he responded to this small issue, so you know if you had any other kind of problem, he would be quick to respond to yours as well.

Beautiful condo and view

We stayed here for 4 days celebrating our anniversary. Beforehand, we had several questions and Jason was always quick to reply. The condo is completely renovated and beautifully decorated. The living space and kitchen are cozy. But we believe four people would have plenty of room. The complex is nice. We enjoyed the hot tub. The outdoor pool in building #1 is heated. You are able to use any amenities from the other Phoenix buildings here (1-4). The complex is in a great location. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We brought our bikes and rode on the many bike trails which are less than 10 minutes away. We definitely would stay here again if this unit is available.

Saunas and cleanliness came up short

It's definitely one of the older condos, 1 of the 2 elevators broke down twice during our stay making it difficult to get to our condo on the 12th floor. Kitchen needs to be reorganized to allow for pantry space. Most disappointing thing was out of all four towers none of the saunas where operational according to the desk attendent at tower 3. Cleanliness gave it a 3, bed sheets seemed to be clean but decorative pillowcases that matched the comforter had dried salsa on it, and there was a hair tye on the ground by the toilet in the master bath when we arrived. Beach was great.

We have been coming the Orange Beach for 20 years. Me and my Wifes first visit to Orange Beach together was 25 years ago. Her family comes every year and we always stayed at the Phoenix I-IV. We used to sit on the beach with the free books when they first started selling condos on the beach and dreamed that Someday we would own one ourselves. So, in 2022 we were fortunate enough to have an opportunity to buy this unit in Phoenix II and decided to purchase it. We hope to continue to create memories with our family reunions each year but also share our condo with others to make their own memories. Our Someday finally became a reality and we want to help others make their Someday an experience they will remember forever.
