Having a total of 4 big smart tv’s so no one will disturb each other to enjoy their free favorite tv time.

2 separated Bedrooms with Queen bed with 2 separated Bathroom

2 completely separate furnished living room, each with their own comfortable double sofa bed.

It is located on the 25th floor of the building and has 2 rooms. The main one with queen bed, air conditioning, 55 inch smart tv, walking closet, a full bathroom, with dryer.
Also a beautiful balcony to see the sunset or having your lunch or romantic dinner.

The second room has a queen bed, closet, air conditioning, 55 inch smart tv

The 2 living rooms is integrated each one with a comfortable double sofa bed and 2 65 inch smart TV, air conditioning, and a nice decoration.
The living room has a balcony that gives freshness and enough natural lighting to the apartment.

The kitchen is quite comfortable and has all the utensils you need to cook with the family, huge fridge with ice-maker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, etc

The laundry area is at the 3rd floor, has a lot of washing machines and dryers in case you need to wash you can purchase the coins at the reception.
The washing machine inside the apartment is not in use.

To work or entertainment you have a fiber optic internet high speed and good quality of 50 mbps.
High speed internet will allow you to work from the balcony enjoying the City scenery and the Costa Rican Mountains. The building has gym, co-working area and rooftop.

A parking space at floor 4, parking spot 4-21 is free for your stay. Any extra parking spot can be reserve and paid in advance if needed for $20 a day.


Guest access

At the reception of the tower you will be registered and given the digital cards to access to the tower.
You can enjoy all the common areas of the building such as the gym, swimming pool, cinema, terrace, meeting rooms, party rooms, library, infinity room,
Leonardo's room and many more, some of them may require an appointment in advance.

Our cozy apartment is located in an exclusive city tower where there is 24/7 security and concierge service for your safety.

It has 1 parking space available inside the building for additional parking reservation can be made for $20 a day.

The building has a big laundry area at an additional cost on the 3rd floor, coins can be purchased at the reception.

You can use different amenities available in the tower, such as:
Floor 1: Jungle Bar, nice working area, restaurant , snack-bar, lobby 24/7
Floor 3: Laundry (The WASHING MACHINE Inside the unit is not for guest use)

Floor 4: Cinema
Floor 5, 6 and 7: Gym
Floor 8: Pool and Forest

Floor 31: Common areas such as:
Library Aquarium, Leonardo Room for meetings and ambience, Oculus Room completely red/ disco style, Astronaut room for coworkers space, Infinity Room completely black room with mirrors and disco lights
