A very nice condo with an amazing view. We spent the majority of our time there on the balcony. The front steps to the condo could use some attention but the condo was very well furnished, clean and everything functioned as it should. This is a great place to stay!

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Hot Springs. The condo was clean and comfortable. Loved that the unit had two king bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchen had all we needed to cook a small breakfast in as we had lunch and dinner out.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was close to all the activities we had planned and the view from the balcony was so relaxing. In fact, we felt so homey that we wished we had factored in a day just to hang around the condo. I now need a kitchen faucet like the one there because I loved it so much! Overall very pleased and will return the next time we visit Hot Springs!

My visit to Hot Springs

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our visit to Hot Springs. We really enjoyed the city and fell in love with our rental property. We are already making plans to return to the same location. A nice trip turned into a great trip because of the accommodations.

Awesome birthday weekend trip

It was great. My sister and i came for the weekend for my early birthday. Not our first time to hot springs but can say this was the best of the best places we have stayed at!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully located condo. There were tons of extras that made it feel like a true home away from home. Watching the sunset from the porch every evening was a highlight. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Lake View

Perfect lake view setting in a nice gated community. Restaurants were close enough to walk to and we had the perfect spot to experience the total eclipse!

Wonderful views!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was very homey and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony was my greatest pleasure. Watching the boats ride by, the beauty of the lake, the ducks paddling by and the sunset, it was joyous! We had everything we needed and the host is very gracious. The beds sleep very comfortably and the couch/ottoman combo was very comfortable to sleep on as well. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived.

Great Condo Lake Views

Location was absolutely great. Management responded to a minor issue very promptly and refunded a portion of payment for my inconvenience. The balcony sold me for this particular condo. Unfortunately, the balcony was consumed by spiders. Other than the spiders and the minor issue that was resolved quickly, it’s a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and condo was very clean on the inside.

Nice location, great view of the lake. We did not realize AC was not fully functional until 2nd day, called and they had a repair man there in 20 minutes. If you are not familiar with Roku, the TV could be a challenge. Spacious living and kitchen area. Bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. Bathrooms were well designed and clean. Good place to stay.

Beautiful Location and view

The condo was clean and perfect size for 4 adults. The balcony was a good size to sit and enjoy the view and the beds were very comfortable. We had an issue getting a TV/remote to work, then figured it out. The host responded quickly. If I could offer one suggestion; add a couple of extra blankets. You may want to bring your own if watching TV. We had a great time and loved Hot Springs.

Beautiful west/sunset/fireworks views with a covered balcony and come with a free covered boat slip. Each one has either a sleeper sofa or air mattress, allowing sleeping for a total of six.

We love this location! Luna Bella, one of Hot Springs' highest-rated restaurants, is located just across Central Ave, right behind Thai Me Spa and Shipley's Donuts. All are less than a 3-minute drive from the condo! Casual lake dining at Trejo's Mexican Restaurant or Back Porch Grill is within walking distance. This is a great place for margaritas, tacos, and outdoor dining on the lake. You can even arrive by boat.

There are several walkable places, but we encourage you to have a car to get around. Uber, Lyft, and Hot Springs Taxi are also available. You can also boat to several restaurants and marinas right from your boat slip! The boat slip is 10' x 28' which is more than accommodating for most party barges/pontoons. If using the fireplace, be sure to open the flu! Not familiar with building a fire? Try buying Duraflame logs (and/or firewood) which can be purchased at Lowe's, Walmart, or Kroger during the cold-weather season.
