Upon entering the security gates, your private oasis awaits you at the bottom of the hill - right on the water! You'll love the sunset views from this second-floor entry unit. Park in your reserved space, walk up a flight of stairs, enter your code in the keypad on the door and you're set for a weekend (or a week!) of fun and excitement or a weekend of restful relaxation.

Our renovated two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo is perfect for four people. The upgraded kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. We've got all the cookware, dishes, and a few little extras here to make your culinary experience a breeze. Our eat-in kitchen bar for two is convenient for lazy mornings when you don't feel like setting the four-person dining table. A stackable washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen for washing and drying your beach towels and swimsuits.

Entering into the open concept living and entertainment area, the room is immersed in natural light echoed by the shimmering sun glistening off the lake. You'll immediately be drawn to the large glass doors that open up onto your private balcony where you can enjoy patio dining and seating. Too cold outside? Light yourself a fire and snuggle up by your wood-burning fireplace.

Coming back inside, you'll love the comfortable furnishings we've provided. This oversized living area is perfect for entertaining! Our interior designer thought of all the small touches that you'll appreciate. Have a seat and read one of the books on the built-in bookshelf. Relax on the sofa and watch the game or your favorite show on the smart TV while enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Hamilton from your cozy spot.

The two bedrooms both feature super comfy king-size beds and smart TVs (for when you want to have a little time to yourself). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a changing area and vanity with seating to help with getting ready for a day at the races, an evening dinner, or a night out on the town! You'll appreciate the large walk-in tiled shower and extra space we have for getting ready for a fun day or night. Staying in? Step out onto the balcony and take in the fresh air and gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton. Our guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, with a hall bath just outside your door that features a tiled shower and bathtub combo. Have a couple of extra guests? No problem! We have an air mattress available for them with plenty of space in the living room.

This is the best lake condo location in Hot Springs! Conveniently located off Central Ave (that leads straight to Oaklawn and Bathhouse Row), we are within minutes of anything you could possibly need or want. Arrive by boat at a few of our favorite restaurants from your boat slip: Back Porch Grill, Sam's Pizza Pub, and Bubba Brews! Check out the neighborhood section below for more detail.

PARKING: Our condo comes with a reserved parking space near the front door. You will find the condo number on the curb. Guest parking is available near the condo and throughout the property. We kindly ask that you avoid parking in any other reserved parking space.

ACCESSIBILITY: Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs. Enter through the security gates by entering the gate code, to be given upon confirmation, into the keypad located in front of the mailboxes. There is an entrance gate and an exit gate. To exit the community, follow the signs and drive to the left of the pool and tennis court to the exit gate. Please do not exit from the entrance gate.
