2 bed, 3 bath 2-story condo (with no units above or below) located at the V at Lake Las Vegas, a gated community. Very quiet, predominantly seasonal neighbors with superb shared-wall insulation. Community with lovely sunrise golf course views as well as gorgeous views of the lake from the clubhouse. Property has a second level deck and lower level patio to soak up the sunrises as well as large windows with tons of light. Clubhouse has multiple heated pools, a hot tub, gym, pool table room and even a small putting green. It’s so quiet that most of the time you have the pool and amenities all to yourself!
