The highlight of this desert retreat is the private hot tub, allowing you to relax under the starry night sky while soaking in the warmth of the Utah desert. The pergola-covered patio features comfortable seating and a mesmerizing fire table, creating an ideal spot for gatherings, intimate conversations, and stargazing. With two separate living spaces, this property provides flexibility for various activities. Whether you prefer to gather for movie nights or engage in lively conversations, there's a space for everyone. An Xbox gaming console is also available for those looking to add a touch of entertainment to their vacation.

Pet-Friendly: Bring your loveable pets with you! This property is dog-friendly and accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs. An additional pet fee is automatically added to each reservation. If you want to book this property but are not bringing a pet, please give Red Rock a call after booking and we can remove that charge for you.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
