About this property

Enjoy relaxing stay on beautiful air conditioned 40' yacht.

This spacious yacht is moored conveniently on our private dock behind the house. The north fork of the New River runs through downtown Ft. Lauderdale to the ocean. There is ample outdoor space for sitting, dining and sunbathing. Shade is also provided. Some guests try their luck with fishing poles! If conditions are right an outing may be arranged to sight see or enjoy swimming at the sandbanks. The closeness to famous Las Olas Blvd. makes it a great location to explore on land.

Yacht/Boat life

We really enjoyed our stay. Great weather and great overall experience. This is the boat life and not your hotel stay. Spaces are more confined just know that as its BOAT LIFE. I love having this difference experience and meeting new people. The host was great to talk to and communication was wonderful. Totally would do it again
