With direct access to forest trails this beautiful and newly renovated 2600 sq ft family home is perfect for your escape to sunny Southern California.
Well appointed with huge living and entertaining spaces this gorgeous home delivers all you'll need for a perfect escape. Within a small community, you'll also have access to common amenities including tennis court, pool and hot tub.
The Space:
With vaulted ceilings this home has incredible natural light throughout. With neighbors on only one side, you'll have uninterrupted views of the forest from the kitchen, living and dining areas.
Our home is equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful escape in sunny Southern California including a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with firepit, table tennis table, darts, outdoor bar, putting green, surfboards, bikes and a home gym in the garage.
The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a huge french-door fridge, gas cooktop, large commercial style sink. If cooking outside is more your style, take advantage of the barbeque and firepit with views to the forest.
The living area is perfect for relaxing, taking in the forest or streaming your favorite sport and movies on the 75 inch flatscreen tv.
The master bedroom, downstairs, has a huge amount of space with a queen bed and beautifully appointed marble bathroom including a shower over bath.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and has gorgeous views of the forest and sliding door to a small Juliet balcony. This room has a dedicated working space with electric sit/stand desk and workstation with two screens, wireless keyboard and mouse.
The third bedroom, also with a sliding door to a Juliet balcony, has two single beds as well as an electric sit stand desk and screen, keyboard and mouse.
