You will be within walking distance to historic Leo Carrillo Park where you can enjoy the many roaming peacocks along with two different walking trails.

Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own "en suite" bathroom. So no sharing a bathroom with other house guests. The huge master bedroom has its own gas fireplace and views to the northwest and east. The Master "en suite" includes two water closets and two separate sink areas with a large shower and separate jetted tub.

The home has one bedroom downstairs (full size bed) with 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 king, 2 queens) including the laundry room and office area. There are three fireplaces in the home with an additional outdoor wood fireplace in the backyard.

There is a half bath located on the lower level of the home for visitor use. The home boasts a large eat-in gourmet kitchen with every appliance you could want, family room, formal living and dining room along with a library/game room.

You will be able to enjoy scenic views to the North West and East from the backyard while you cook your own scrumptious dinner in the outdoor kitchen. There are multiple outdoor seating areas to sit back, relax and read in, as well as a private Jacuzzi in the backyard.

Attractions close by include LEGOLAND with its own Water Park, SeaLife Aquarium, La Costa Omni Resort and Spa, multiple Movie Theater choices, world class Golf Courses nearby (Aviara, La Costa and the Carlsbad Crossings). City-owned Alga Norte Park is just a 5 minute car ride away which includes a skate park, swim complex, playground and picnic areas. During summer months you will be able to enjoy "Jazz in the Parks" concerts at Alga Norte Park and other local parks. You are approximately six miles from some of the best beaches Carlsbad has to offer. There are numerous shopping and dining options nearby in all directions. You are approximately 25 minutes north of Del Mar which hosts many festivals and shows at the 22nd District Agricultural Association, better known as the "Fairgrounds", including the San Diego County Fair, Del Mar Horse Racing and the National Breeder's Cup coming up in November 2017! You are about 25 minutes or less from the Oceanside Harbor for those whale watching or fishing trips. Other nearby attractions are the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, downtown San Diego and Disneyland.

Twice a month house cleaning is included. Guests may pay for optional weekly cleaning service for an additional fee. Guests will be responsible for the laundry of their linens and towels, however Housekeeping will change sheets on cleaning day if cleaned by guest.
