Tämä valoisa ja pirteä uusittu huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kauppoja, ravintoloita ja museoita sydämessä muodikkaalla vasemmalla rannalla vain korttelin päässä Luxemburgin puistosta.

Yhdistyvät parhaat vanhan maailman charmi ja uusinta mukavuuksia, Huoneistossa on täysin varustettu gourmet-kokki keittiössä, liuskekivi laatta kylpy upotettu kylpyamme ja suihku, alkuperäistä taidetta, antiikkia ja parketit.

Tavoitteena päivämäärä oli optimoida Huoneistoala (635 neliöjalkaa) ja tarjota suuri avoin alue, jossa tulevan valon kolmelta sivulta ja minimoida liikkeeseen alueella.

On erillinen iso makuuhuone queen sekä vuodesohva kaksinkertaisella patja olohuoneessa; Kaikissa on oma pääsy kylpyhuoneeseen. Ravintolasalissa kuusi mukavasti.

Palveluihin kuuluu taulutelevisio, nopea internetyhteys (kuituoptiikan), CD ja DVD-soittimet, kuivausrumpu, pesukone, astianpesukone, tuoreita hedelmiä juicer, Braun ja Nespresso-kahvinkeitin ja mikroaaltouuni.

Huoneistossa on kaikki kodin mukavuudet, mutta sijainti neljännessä kerroksessa avoimen ja ilmavan puutarhan sisäpihan yläpuolella, josta on näkymät viehättäville Pariisin rakennuksille ja katoille, muistuttaa, että olet "tullut kotiin" yhteen jännittävimmistä ja loistavista maailman kaupungeissa.

TÄRKEÄÄ PERUUTUSPOLITIIKAN KOSKEVA HUOMAUTUS:
Koska vuokraamme asuntoa pidempään oleskeluun (yli kuukausi), asiakaskuntaamme pidetään yleensä yli yhdeksän kuukautta etukäteen. Tämän seurauksena, jos asiakas peruuttaa varauksen alle yhdeksän kuukautta ennen loman alkua, todennäköisyys on pieni, että voimme siirtää asunnon ajanjaksolle. Sivuston "Peruuttamisosassa" valitsimme "ei", koska verkkosivuston tarjoamat vaihtoehdot eivät ole yhteensopivia tilanteemme kanssa. Itse asiassa peruutus on seuraava:

Alle 9 kuukautta: jos asunto vuokrataan samaan aikaan: 100%,
Jos asunto on vuokrattu osan alkuvaiheen varauksesta:
Palautus on yhtä suuri kuin ero
A vastaanotettu kokonaismäärä = peruutetun varauksen varausmaksu ja uuden varauksen kokonaismäärä.
Vähemmän:
B peruutetun varauksen kokonaisvaraus.

Esimerkki:
Peruutettu aika oli 1. maaliskuuta - 30. huhtikuuta, ja kokonaisvuokra oli 14 000 dollaria. Asiakas oli tehnyt 7 000 dollarin maksun varauksen yhteydessä.
Peruutuksen jälkeen asunto on vuokrattu vain maaliskuun 1.-15. Huhtikuuta välisenä aikana.
Kun Omistaja on saanut uuden varauksen koko vuokraa, vastaanotettu kokonaismäärä on 7 000 dollaria + 10 500 dollaria = 17 500 dollaria, mikä on 3500 dollaria enemmän kuin alkuperäisen varauksen kokonaismäärä. Tässä tapauksessa palautettu summa on 3500 dollaria.

Jos asuntoa ei ole vuokrattu mihinkään alkuperäisen jakson osaan, korvausta ei suoriteta. Sekä alkuperäinen asiakas että omistaja menettävät 7 000 dollaria.

Great location

Description was very accurate. Well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds and convenient location to many sights. Easy access to great markets restaurants in the neighbourhood. Would we stay there again… a resounding yes!

Rented apt for 5 weeks, can’t in good faith recommend it

PROPERTY OVERSIGHT. The hosts live in the U.S., don’t respond in reasonable time, and offer no one responsive. Soon after arrival, host informed me he lives in the U.S., has cancer, and needs to focus on his treatment. After asking several times, I was given a local contact and told that he was very busy. WATER. No water in the apt building on 2 occasions and no warning (or knowledge) by hosts. July 4, 2 hours, July 18, 7 hours. I knocked on doors to learn from neighbors it happens frequently. AC. Is there a unit? Yes. Does it work? Maybe in the past. Did it work for us? No, because it wasn’t installed right (improper venting of hot air); after my husband diagnosed/fixed it, with 1.5 days of use water puddled everywhere. After 2 days, host sends “housekeeper” who had installed it incorrectly, to tell us it’s fine. Our choice: sweat in the 85-90 weather with no AC, or risk blame for water damage. VRBO. VRBO read all the exchanges, validated the issues, and offered to move us for the last week. But all apts were booked; VRBO was generous with choices for hotels, but with hassle factor, we decided to stay. APT. It’s nicely decorated and well stocked. I enjoyed having a fully stocked kitchen and other things that one has in an apt v. hotel. It had enough space for 2, but not 3-4. NEIGHBORHOOD. Had a great time in Paris, despite the apt., because of the location which I know from prior visits. Rue Jean Bart is not a pretty street but close to lovely streets and Jardins Lux.

Attractive and comfortable

Nicely decorated apartment with original artwork. 2 bathroom sinks were great, nicely appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. Grocery store next door and Luxembourg gardens down the street. Super!

Perfect Paris Apartment

If I could live in Paris, this is the location, look and street I would love. It is a perfect place to be for a vacation as well. Well-equipped, beautiful to look at and comfortable -- especially the bed. It's was my favorite apartment I've ever rented in Paris, and there have been a few.

Perfect in so many ways.

This is a very beautiful property in a wonderful quiet neighborhood with the charm of the Luxembourg garden 1 block away. It is spacious with beautiful French door windows that provide a lot of light and shutters can be closed at night. The owners left a detailed list of everything you need to know about the property and everything you need to know about getting around in Paris. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, very nice bed and bath linens. The food market was close by, a wonderful patisserie, very good small restaurants and small grocery store. The pharmacy in the neighborhood processed my Covid test in 15 mins. and gave me a printed copy. (a little detail that has become important these days) My stay here was quite magical.

Perfect location for a Paris stay

We were looking for a great location for a month's stay, and this apartment was perfect. Apartment was comfortable, well appointed, and nicely decorated. Owner was responsive and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing on a long stay. But the best is the location. Five minute walk to Luxembourg Garden, close to markets and Metro, as well as a fine choice of local shops and cafes and a well stocked Franprix literally next door. Can't say enough about this place--even the music options were great!

Best Paris Rental

We have stayed in several Paris properties but this was by far the best. I hesitate to say how great it is in fear that it will never be available anymore. I really loved the floor plan and the neighborhood is perfect. The owners of the property were excellent to communicate with as well.

Fantastic property near Luxembourg Garden

We were here for a month, the apartment was truly excellent. Super location, dozens of shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. About a mile to the Musée D’Orsay, the Louvre, the Rodin, and L’Orangerie. One block to Luxembourg Garden. Grocery literally next door, award winning patisserie around the corner. Quiet and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen (sharp knives even!), everything functional. Really first rate in every respect, I would happily stay here again.

A beautiful and comfortable place in a perfect location

This is without a doubt the best apartment stay I've had in the seventeen years I've been renting in Paris. Perfect location...easy to get to the Luxembourg Gardens, to shopping, to the grocery store, to the Marche Raspail and after two weeks. I felt like it was my neighborhood. The staff at the 20/Go grocery store next door were great help and were cordial and friendly. I met a couple of people who live in the building who were also friendly and helpful...particularly the first day when I forgot what the digicode was and had left my notes in the apartment. THAT only happens ONCE!! The apartment itself is very comfortable, beautifully furnished and I felt very secure in the building. I loved that the bedroom windows opened into the trees...dappled sunlight in the afternoon, bird songs all day long, and with shutters closed and windows opened, cool breezes at night. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with those of us who come to Paris from time to time.

Best of Parisian Life!

We very much enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment for 5 nights ~ it was perfect for us in every way! We loved the location, in a quiet residential neighborhood a stone's throw from Luxembourg Gardens. I went out each morning to shop for breakfast and lunch at one of the many shops within a block of the apartment, and then we ventured out to one of the great restaurants nearby, or further out, for dinner. The apartment itself was extremely quiet and welcoming to come home to each day, and we loved the ample natural daylight streaming in the windows, as well as the layout and furnishings of the apartment. It definitely felt like a Parisian "home away from home" for us. We have rented 7 apartments in Paris over the years, mostly in the St. Germain area, and this one was by far the best! It's close enough to walk nearly everywhere, which we did each day, yet you really feel like a Parisian because you're not staying in the midst of the tourists. We also really appreciated the great recommendations, help and responsiveness the owner provided in making our stay such a pleasurable one. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend the apartment, especially for couples, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Apartment

Maybe even nicer than the photos show. We stayed 6 nights in this apartment and were glad to have found it. The building and neighborhood were quiet and felt very safe. Linens and other home goods were very high quality. Three groceries (1 right downstairs) on the block as well as bakeries, etc. we visited in August and found some nearby cafes closed, but your mileage may vary. Still many great choices a little further out. Were it not for the building across the street you could throw a baseball into the Luxembourg Gardens from the front door. Owners were responsive and great to do business with. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

Chic, light-filled flat in the Left Bank.

I spent five wonderful days and nights in this elegant flat. Close to Luxembourg Gardens, cute restaurants, markets and shopping in St. Germain, I highly recommend it for people that want to get away from the tourists. A terific Paris pied a terre.

We enjoyed 4 great days here. The apartment was bright, warm and comfortable. The layout works well. The living room became our HQ where we sat to either unwind or plan our adventures, The location is, well. magnifique. I can't think of a more Parisian experience than buying croissants, baguettes and cheese and whiling away a couple of hours in the Luxembourg Gardens. We'll stay there3 again -- hopefully longer next time.

Bright, quiet, comfortable

Conveniently located near the Luxembourg Gardens, this apartment is immaculate and beautifully appointed. The owners' personal touches add to the comfort and pleasure, and the location on an interior courtyard provides quiet and light on three exposures. Metro, RER, and bus transportation; markets; restaurants and cafes; and shops are all nearby. We have only been home 10 days but are already talking about returning. Highly recommended.

Our home away from home in Paris

I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who would like to stay in Paris and feel pampered and at home. The owners have impeccible style, so the apartment feels posh, yet comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the deep tub felt great after a long day of walking. It's quiet, with windows everywhere for light and air, plus a fully equipped kitchen and a stereo for soft music - all of which added to a wonderful place to return to each day. Even fresh flowers upon arrival. We felt more like guests then paying clients. Close proximity to Luxembourg Gardens, two metro stations, lovely shopping streets only a few minutes walk away, a wonderful bakery (Bread and Roses) and a supermarket right next-door, made it so convenient for daily needs. We dined at several of the owner's suggested restaurants, all very good, especially Maison du Jardin. The owner was also extremely gracious, accommodating, informative, and professional. A serene and stupendous stay

The listing exceeded the description. Arriving in this beautiful neighborhood and then entering the handsome building with it's romantic old fashion elevator was a total pleasure. Elie, our host has set up everything perfectly for a wonderful stay with detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment and make everything work. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with great light from the numerous windows overlooking roof tops and courtyards. The neighborhood is excellent for recreation in the nearby Luxembourg gardens and in easy walking distances of all of Paris's magnificence. There is great food to be had on every corner and a good supermarket right next door. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone we know and are thankful for knowing not only about the apartment but our very pleasant and efficient host Elie. Thanks, Daniel and Tamara.

Classy and comfortable

This lovely apartment has numerous large windows facing a large bright interior space--no street noise. It was recently renovated in an excellent manner. The kitchen, bath room and laundry are all state of the art. We hope to stay there on our next visit to Paris.

After comparing other locations in Paris, we found that the Luxembourg area offers a unique mix of activities. We like walking through the streets and discovering a new restaurant or boutique. We enjoy walking or jogging in the Luxembourg Gardens. Tennis courts are open to the public with a reservation.
While it is close to the main tourist areas: St Germain des Près, rue de Bucci and Notre Dame, the immediate surroundings are peaceful and quiet.
Transportation to the two main airports, Charles de Gaulle and Orly, is very practical. Depending on luggage, we take a cab, use the RER trains to the Luxembourg station or sometimes rent a car.

The apartment, which was completely remodeled makes good use of each square foot. Unlike traditional apartment layouts where each room is partitioned, the apartment is open, yet it allows for people sleeping in the bedroom and those using the convertible bed (an Italian design with a firm base) to have separate access to the bathroom and toilet.
For those who like to cook, the kitchen includes all the equipment necessary.
There is a high-end grocery store at the base of the apartment building, which includes a butcher, fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, nice bread, wine, salad bar and cleaning products. It is very convenient if you decide to prepare meals at home.
