This gorgeous, oceanfront condo offers everything you need to make the best beach vacation memories and more. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals, and the private balcony from where you can watch the sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage. As guests of this beach paradise, you will be granted access to a wide array of shared amenities that include three beachfront pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, children’s interactive Aqua Play pool, water slides, splash pad, and a lazy river. The shared gas grills are available to treat your guests to delicious grilled meals while the kids enjoy their time in the pool or splash pad. Of course, the beach is just steps away. Come and experience an unforgettable beach-cation.

In addition to fun shared amenities, guests can enjoy many local restaurants along Front Beach Road. If you're a shopper, head to Pier Park just a couple of miles to the east. The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers terrific views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to hop on for a ride. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just over nine miles from this condo. Needs improvements

The condo was not very clean when we arrived and a lot of cosmetic issues that should be addressed. Also the furniture is not comfortable at all. They definitely need to update and clean the unit better. We loved being right on the beach and the actual condo its self was great. The pool was good and clean and the splash pad the kids loved. We loved being right on the beach but will definitely try a different room next time

Decent unit

Unit was nice overall. But some of the vents had mold around them. The baseboards were very scuffed and had marks on them. The table in the living room was very wii Lu and the unit had a lot of sand ( I know some is to be expected) on the couch and in the open areas of the flooring. I would stay at the resort again but would probably look for a different unit.

l love splash we’ve stayed there about 4 times with good luck but I wouldn’t go back to 402 again for that price!

Not clean upon arrival. Dusty. Extra bedroom tv wasn’t working. Mattress was uncomfortable. It was a nice place but needed to be cleaned better.

We will be back.

The only bad thing I have to say is they elevator wait time was insane. We stayed on the 4th floor and ended up taking the stairs alot. Other then that our stay was amazin!!

Property was perfect for family with small kids, Vacasa was garbage

The property was awesome, kids loved the amenities, view, access to beach. Vacasa service was non existent, the desk was always closed, the help desk phone number was not helpful. If we had a big issue, i dont know what we would have done. Thankfully the resort gift shop was helpful. Property great, vacasa garbage

Amazing view and SO clean

We only had two nights for our visit but will be back for more! The views are amazing, the unit is spacious and very clean. The only critiques I'd mention are that the living room couch is actually a futon and pretty uncomfortable. There is a bigger couch in the master bedroom that would probably be better to put in the living room. I appreciated that Vacasa called me a day or two before we arrived. I wish they had explained how to find the parking garage and it's proximity to the resort being kind of far. It was stressful pulling up to the address but not knowing where to go, especially with full bladders! The beach was lovely and the pool amenities were so fun. Our kids loved every minute and we can't wait to return.

* This is a Low Floor unit. This is for you if higher altitude makes your dizzy or if you just don't want to deal with slow elevators.
* 65" Smart TV in Living room and 55" Smart TV in Master Bedroom. The 2nd Bedroom also has a Flat Smart TV
* Both the living room and the master bedroom have sleeper sofas, in case extra beds are needed.

ABOUT SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river. There is a poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably priced menu during the summer months. High Speed Internet access is available in the unit, many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. If you want to work remotely while the kids are at play, you won't be disappointed. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop that's located opposite to the resort. Also, there is a coffee-shop located onsite that's open during Spring through Summer, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.
