Wonderful Accommodations

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay in this condo again!

EVERYTHING was perfect! We've been to PCB several times but this was the first time we stayed at "this end" of the beach - and LOVED it. The owners/managers are great to work with and the unit was impeccably clean. We also enjoyed the included beach service! We'll definitely be back!

Pros: Location on the west end of downtown PCB so it wasn't as busy, building is meticulously maintained, friendly residents, small but nice pool (fyi only pool noodles are allowed per the sign and no kids in hot tub), beach service was included which was appreciated, amazing views from condo and comfortable patio furniture (we saw dolphins every morning around 10am), the beds were very comfortable and in general the whole unit felt very homey and cozy. However, I will note that the living room furniture in the photos is different from what was in the unit. Areas for improvement- the place needs a good cleaning. We were surprised to see this given the reviews. There was thick dust on the light fixtures, along the baseboards and in between the beds/furniture. The decorative trays/shelves in the living room had some sand on them and things seemed kinda thrown on them. The sink in the master had toothpaste on the side. Check out is 9am and check in isn't until 4pm to allow for cleaning and it appeared to be a very quick cleaning job. Also, the towels here were awful. Very thin, dingy and stained. Not the caliber of the unit for sure. We also had to go on a hunt for them since none were left out. It would be nice to have shelves in the bathrooms for your personal belongings too. The pros far outweighed the cons and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. Check out St. Andrews state park for shells, Shell Island for sand dollars and Fords Garage for dinner

You won’t regret staying here!

We loved our stay here! The condo was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and more. We also really loved the convenient location of the included parking pass. We would love to stay here again whenever we make our way back to PCB.

Amazing and beautiful home

We had great parking and really close beach access and the view from the balcony was magnificent. We are coming back in September. The vacation spot that we will use again and again apt 1402. Has all the comforts of home and everything you could need to keep house

Amazing trip!

Absolutely gorgeous

The home is always super clean if you have any issues they are there with in a few minutes at your service. I have stayed there 4 or 5 times and it is the same great service every time. Looking for a home away from home this is it. I wouldn't change a thing except to be able to stay longer.

Enjoyed our stay

Apartment was clean and comfortable. The complex is well maintained and clean. The beach and water were gorgeous. Scott was responsive and accommodating. The building had many families with children on Easter break. People were very friendly.

Hello and welcome to our little slice of Heaven! Portside Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, is a cozy and luxurious community right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our unit, Q4, provides a nicely renovated 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath condo with full kitchen and living room to up to 6 people. We have two king beds, a queen pull-out couch to accommodate your family. Our unit’s rental includes Xfinity high speed internet, Xfinity TV, all utilities, and access to pools, tennis courts, and of course, the beach. There are multiple golf courses in the area, Pier Park is only a couple miles, and there are wonderful restaurants all around. Deep sea fishing charters, go-karts, putt-putt, and much more await here in PCB.
We, Tate and Meghann Gaines, are from just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. We are a young married couple with a six month old daughter, Maggie. Tate is an insurance agent and Meghann is an elementary school teacher. We both have been to this area many times and have fallen in love with all PCB has to offer. This condo is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location! It is 6 miles to 30A, 2 miles to Pier Park for shopping, eating, and the pier.

この宿泊施設の特徴

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location. We can see the sunsets, and the views all the way to San Destin. The gulf breezes are amazing on our end unit which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
