Perfect vacation condo.

We visit PCB every year and this is the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. The pool and beach were way less crowded that what we’ve experienced. The chair and wagon make days on the beach so much easier. We would highly recommend!!

5-stars beach condo

Condo was very neat and provided a comfortable stay. Conveniently located by iconic attractions such as Go Karts, Mini Golf, Shipwreck Island water park, and Pier Park. Classic restaurants with beach view are only minutes from the condo. The balcony view was amazing, and we woke up to dolphins in the bay every morning. Beach cart, chairs and umbrellas were conveniently available for our use. The pool area was well maintained and grills were available for use. Walks along the beach at sunset are a must. Overall, wonderful stay. Five stars!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was very clean, very well stocked and offered anything you might need for a fabulous vacation! The balcony is the biggest amenity in our opinion as we spent all of our time there when not on the beach.The only downside is the elevator situation. During our stay one of the three elevators never worked. That leaves only two elevators for a 23 story condo. Those two elevators only worked sporadically, and there were two separate occasions that resulted in a visit from the fire department due to people being stuck inside. If the building management is not going to address the root cause of this issue then they need to have staff operating the elevators, minimally, during the hours of peak use. As this condo is on the 22nd floor it is not realistic that the guests are expected to use the stairs. The condo owner is a member of HOA board and indicated he would address this issue during the next meeting.

Another great week at this clean, comfortable and lovely condo!! Great location, great pool and fantastic view from the giant balcony…we even saw sharks and an eagle from it this time!! Can’t wait to come back!! :-)

Great Oceanside location for Family

Our room was spectacular with an amazing view. The balcony had a lot of space for the 4 of us to lounge. The rooms and accommodations were perfect and getting to the pool and beach was easy. This location was great for us and our 2 kids.

Wonderful views!!!

This was our second stay in this condo and it was just as we remembered it! The 22nd floor balcony had very comfortable furniture to relax and listen to the surf or read, or just takes a nap, It also had the mostbreathtaking views of the Gulf sunsets. The weather was not the most cooperative, but we just dressed a little warmer and enjoyed the sights. Everything you could need is at your disposal. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked in our home away from home quite a bit. But, we also enjoyed going out. We loved the Wicked Wheel, ask for Jessica if you go. Senor Frogs is a lot of fun and has great food too. We were able to walk to several restaurants. Authentika is great The drinks are amazing and the food is good. Local Steamer is different and very good. Zollo's Pizza is also very good. For Breakfast, The All American diner has good food and a 50's diner vibe. AND I can't forget A'more doughnuts. It is right across the street! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in PCB!!

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and even though we had a few snafu's, the owners were great to work with to help iron everything out...even though they were away in another country and opposite time zones!! As always, the views from the balcony are to die for, and the furniture is so comfy (inside and outside) you will not want to leave. Just a wonderful place to chill out and relax!!

We have been coming to Florida to vacation for many years, trying different locations. Then we discovered Panama City Beach. We loved the city, the people, and the beaches that are pristine and goes on endlessly. We rented at the Ocean Reef (the current building) for three years. Each time we enjoyed it so much, we started to talk about purchasing a Condo in PCB. We went around with an agent looking at various buildings in the city. But somehow we kept comparing what we saw against what we knew at the Ocean Reef. More we saw, more we came back to Ocean Reef. We knew we were purchasing the unit to enjoy it ourselves during our retirement. We felt at home at Ocean Reef. The building was not pretentious, yet very functional and of high quality. The parking area was in the building, rather than across the street, the beach was quieter and much less crowded. But most of all, we met a few permanent residents of the building and there was an instant connection.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We fell in love with this Condo for three reasons. First, it has a very rare 10 feet ceiling. A typical condo has 8 feet ceiling. This makes the unit feel very airy and large. Photos do not convey this very well, but you will feel it as soon as you walk into the unit. Second, 10'x30' balcony. This is massive for a Condo. It adds 300 sqft of living space. Third, low-density beach. This Condo is located in the quieter part of the beach, yet very close to all amenities.

If you are looking for a fancy Hotel/Theme Park type of building, this is not it. We have looked at those Condos, but it was always all show and no substance once we walked into the Unit. Low ceiling, small balcony and heavily used. However, if you are looking for more "Home" like feeling, excellent Unit, and white sand beach in a quieter area, this is it!
