Welcome to The Beach Front Oasis! Perfectly situated along the Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach, this newly remodeled 22nd floor unit is your home away from home. This modern and spacious condo with high 10' ceiling is located at Ocean Reef, Panama City Beach's newer condominium development!
Unlike the larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Reef is only 161 units, allowing its over 320 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. In addition, this condo is located on the less crowded West end of the beach, ideal for couple's getaways.
Here, you can enjoy the luxury of a beachfront property, that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy proximity to area attractions such as golf courses, a marine park Gulf World, a water park (Shipwreck Island) and the recently opened Pier Park shopping and dining complex including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, a new (16) theater multi-plex, Arron Bessant park and hundreds of unique stores and restaurants. Only 1 mile away from Pier Park, this unit is truly in the heart of Panama City Beach!
The Beach Front Oasis easily houses 6 people and is equipped with 2 queen size beds and 1 king size bed, to meet everybody's comfort requirements. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer to accommodate all your needs. The best feature of The Beach Front Oasis is the massive balcony that can be accessed from the open concept family room as well as the master suite. Here you can sit back and relax, with a margarita in hand, to watch the spectacular sunset along the legendary Emerald Coast.
*Admin charge of $75 is there to cover up to $1500 of property damage. Hence, I have waived mandatory property damage insurance / damage deposit. *Please note that occupancy is limited to 6 total. Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age and the building does not cater to spring breakers. *

The condo was lovely - it had everything we needed for a 2 week beach vacation. Huge washer dryer, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable furniture (especially the balcony). The view cannot be beat. The parking was convenient to the elevator on the P2 level. We would recommend to anyone!
The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The condo is so comfortable and feels like home. We have visited several times and have LOVED it every time! This is my favorite place to visit in PCB!
Everything is first class you will not be disappointed. My husband and I are definitely coming back!!The host was easy to work with and the direct views of the ocean are amazing!! We did not want to leave.
We visit PCB every year and this is the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. The pool and beach were way less crowded that what we’ve experienced. The chair and wagon make days on the beach so much easier. We would highly recommend!!

Our room was spectacular with an amazing view. The balcony had a lot of space for the 4 of us to lounge. The rooms and accommodations were perfect and getting to the pool and beach was easy. This location was great for us and our 2 kids.

Condo was very neat and provided a comfortable stay. Conveniently located by iconic attractions such as Go Karts, Mini Golf, Shipwreck Island water park, and Pier Park. Classic restaurants with beach view are only minutes from the condo. The balcony view was amazing, and we woke up to dolphins in the bay every morning. Beach cart, chairs and umbrellas were conveniently available for our use. The pool area was well maintained and grills were available for use. Walks along the beach at sunset are a must. Overall, wonderful stay. Five stars!

We have been coming to Florida to vacation for many years, trying different locations. Then we discovered Panama City Beach. We loved the city, the people, and the beaches that are pristine and goes on endlessly. We rented at the Ocean Reef (the current building) for three years. Each time we enjoyed it so much, we started to talk about purchasing a Condo in PCB. We went around with an agent looking at various buildings in the city. But somehow we kept comparing what we saw against what we knew at the Ocean Reef. More we saw, more we came back to Ocean Reef. We knew we were purchasing the unit to enjoy it ourselves during our retirement. We felt at home at Ocean Reef. The building was not pretentious, yet very functional and of high quality. The parking area was in the building, rather than across the street, the beach was quieter and much less crowded. But most of all, we met a few permanent residents of the building and there was an instant connection.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this Condo for three reasons. First, it has a very rare 10 feet ceiling. A typical condo has 8 feet ceiling. This makes the unit feel very airy and large. Photos do not convey this very well, but you will feel it as soon as you walk into the unit. Second, 10'x30' balcony. This is massive for a Condo. It adds 300 sqft of living space. Third, low-density beach. This Condo is located in the quieter part of the beach, yet very close to all amenities.
If you are looking for a fancy Hotel/Theme Park type of building, this is not it. We have looked at those Condos, but it was always all show and no substance once we walked into the Unit. Low ceiling, small balcony and heavily used. However, if you are looking for more "Home" like feeling, excellent Unit, and white sand beach in a quieter area, this is it!
