Locatie en residence perfect met veel zwembaden en mooi uitzicht op de zee met zonsondergang. Appartement groot voor een tweepersoons verblijf met balkon, alleen de voorzieningen in het appartement waren matig. Daarnaast onvoldoende schoonmaakmiddelen aanwezig zoals geen stoffer en blik, geen stofzuiger en geen (thee)doek. Waterkoker en broodrooster zijn aan vervanging toe. Lades van de diepvries zijn kapot. Geen koekenpan aanwezig, alleen een wokpan. Eén kussen voor op de stoel buiten ontbreekt. Verschillende deuren binnen het appartement kunnen niet sluiten.
