PRIME LOCATION DOWNTOWN in the West End close to everything! You can literally park & not drive again! Main Street & its Shops & Restaurants, Falls Park, & the Baseball Stadium are a 2 minute walk away! This was recently our personal residence & we left it feeling like home for you! Freshly painted and new furniture throughout! Downstairs is the living/dining area, front/back patios & 1/2 bath. Upstairs is the bedroom w/ vaulted ceiling, king bed, big smart tv, full bathroom, & laundry in the hall. *This can also be rented as a 2 bedroom.

Awesome townhouse a block or so from all the downtown action. Location couldn't be better. The house is clean and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The area feels safe and quiet. The best part was the super responsive communication with the owner. I'll be staying here every time I go to Greenville. A

Perfect spot

This place was easy walking distance to downtown, literally half the distance we expected. We rode our bikes from the front door to the Swamp Rabbit access trail in minutes, and it was a great ride. The unit itself was great! So very interesting and homey, it was a brief stay but will become a destination in the future.
