Guests enjoy full access to the entire unit, along with access to the building's exceptional amenities which include a co-working space, conference room, and fitness center. Our dedicated concierge service is at your disposal to help secure coveted restaurant reservations throughout the city and provide guidance for an enjoyable night out or city exploration.

Pet fee is $150/month for pets under 20lbs, and $250/month for pets over 20lbs.

Our location is unmatched for walkability in West hollywood. Step out to Melrose Place and La Cienega Blvd, walk 0.4 miles to Santa Monica Blvd and walk 0.9 miles to the Sunset Strip. If you are looking to drive around further, we could suggest a rental car as we have two garage parking spots. Or it is always easy to get a rideshare in our area (Uber, Lyft, Alto).
