The open-concept great room features soaring ceilings, wood floors, a gas fireplace, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with premium appliances and a large island. TVs are equipped with Roku and YouTube — though you may be too busy unwinding to use them.

On the main level:

King ensuite with fireplace, soaking tub, walk-in shower, heated Toto Washlet, and backyard access
King ensuite with walk-in shower
Two-queen ensuite with heated Toto Washlet and direct access to hot tub
Mudroom/laundry with 2 washer/dryer sets + half bath
All bedrooms have 55” smart TVs; all downstairs baths have heated floors

Huge bonus room with smart TV, wet bar, pool table, arcade with 6,000+ games, workstation, and full bath

This home includes 6 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: The Forest House is reserved exclusively for Caldera Springs owners and is not available for guest use.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes, fishing areas, paved and barked pathways, tennis and pickleball courts, and the basketball court.

Great family home

This house has it all. Lots of space to gather together, indoors and out. This is the best kitchen ever. So well-equipped and beautiful, new appliances. Cookware and dinnerware are in great condition. Bathrooms have everything you need along with big, soft towels and Native products in the shower. 6 bikes in the garage, too. We'd definitely return.

This property will surpass all expectations, the pictures do not do it justice. From the moment you walk through the entry door you will be visually amazed at the beauty inside and outside of this home. It has everything you need for an amazing vacation experience.
