Stunning property. Loved the ability for immediate and private beach access. Beautiful views and great open area for the family to spend time together. Loved that there was a pool alarm for safety for our toddler. Great proximity to both seaside and rosemary/alys beaches. Would absolutely love to stay here again
We absolutely loved being right on the beach and having our own entrance to the sand. The pool on our deck was also a great perk. The house was large enough to hold my family with plenty of room. We will be back!

This was our 2nd (but not last) stay at Kickin Back. My entire family voted last year when we were there if they wanted to come back and we had a 100% positive vote. The house was perfect for our granddaughters, our girls and my wife and me with age ranges from 12 to 70. Golf cart that came with house saved us a bunch, so we didn't have to find a car parking spot and pay a lot over 7 days. I highly recommend it to any family wanting a walk out to the beach and a short distance to Seaside.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kicking Back, so much that while we were there, we already booked our stay for June 2026. The only issue we had was a problem with hot water from some of the showers and wish the refrigerator had an ice maker. Those things, however, did not hinder our desire to return.
We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless and provided everything we needed in the kitchen. The towels for the pool and beach were a huge plus. We’ll definitely be returning. The only suggestion I have is to keep olive oil, salt, and pepper for guests to use. That would have been a great convenience.
