There's an over-sized granite island perfect for your gatherings as well as a fully equipped Butler's kitchen, when additional cooking/serving space is required for Holidays, special events, etc...
For those in the party that are active, there is a waterfront workout area with light weights, Peloton bike, Treadmill, and 5 person Sauna (new for 2026). You'll also find 2 kayaks and a paddle board at the property and Dameron Marsh preserve a short paddle away. Ingram Bay Marina is a 3-minute drive from Bay Hall, offering a boat ramp, slips, Fishing charters and sunset cruises. Spend a day visiting historic Tangier Island, via ferry from Reedville, or wine tastings at nearby vineyards. The Tides Inn is within 20 minutes, offering beautiful waterfront views from their outdoor patio. For those really adventurous, Bay Hall guests have access (via boat only) to our very private 170-acre property with over a mile long private beach on the Chesapeake located immediately to the south of Dameron Marsh (see photo) and a 10-minute boat ride from Bay Hall.
