No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted with no refund.

No smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.

Rental agreement: A rental agreement must be digitally signed AND before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. Perfect Cousins camp 2025!

This house was perfect for our family of 14! My mom rented this for me and my brothers and our families to come and let our children play and have fun in the lake together. The bunk room was perfect for all of the cousins to hang out and the porch was the perfect place for the adults.
