You will create happy memories with plenty of space for everyone to be together. it’s located in the heart of chesterfield county very close to several hospitals, restaurants and entertainment, the highway is minutes away from down town near Parks and museums. Near Kings Dominion and Bush Gardens amusement Parks, Complete with everything you will need to cook a home made meal or just order in.

I'm from Ricmond Va, I'm a military veteran, I lived in my Happy place for over 20 years were I raised my children and grandchildren, I love spending time with my family. I love being a host because I get to meet so many different people with all types of back grounds, and from so many different places, I want others to enjoy The happy Place and much as my family and I did.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it was in culdesac, greta for kids to play outside. It is quiet and safe. I also like the trees.

What makes this property unique

The Happy Place is spacious, theres nnot a lot of places that can accomadate as many people as I canmy family enjoyed that we could all be together during Special events and holidays. Especially Thanksgiving and Christmas
