Perfect location

This condo was the perfect location - right across the street from the resort. We walked over there in our ski boots to ski on Christmas which was super convenient! It was an awesome mountain getaway. The hot tub and fireplace were a nice touch as well. :)

Great Location and Accomodations

Nice place to go for a ski trip with a small group. Not "ski in ski out" but only a short walk to the base to pick up a Christie lift or the gondola. Place was clean and ready for us when we got there

We Love Steamboat Springs!

Great condo. Clean, equipped, close to the mountain. Parking garage doesn't fit cars with bikes on top.

Family ski trip

Just got home from Steamboat - had the best family vacation - this condo was perfect for our family of 5 - it was well stocked and clean - my boys loved that we could walk right across the street and hit the slopes - and walk home for lunch - kitchen provided everything for cooking meals that you would need- loved the deep tub for soaking at night - we did use the hot tubs & they were nice too --no need for a car here - can walk to anything at the base area and the free bus stop is just a short walk from the condo -- we would definitely rent this condo again or recommend to friends Mountain Resorts did a fantastic job!!!

Great Place, Terrible Check in

Overall was very happy with place. Very nice and well maintained. Exceeded expectations. Check in process was a disaster. It took over 2 hours from the time I picked up the keys until we were able to get in the place. This is completely unacceptable given the amount we paid for this place. First, we were not given the key card to the gated parking. Drove back to management office. 15 minutes of standing around and they gave me new keys. Drove back and nope didn't work. Returned to management office. After another wait, they figured out they didn't give me the right key card. Drove back and successfully entered parking. Went to rental and couldn't get in because the deadbolt was locked. They had to call maintenance to come and open the door. 10 minutes of standing in the cold and we were finally in the unit. I get mistakes happen, but this was a comedy of errors. I am still unhappy about the entire debacle but didn't let it ruin my vacation. Not sure I'll do another property through Mountain Resorts though.

December 2016 Stay

Had a tough time finding the property and getting into the parking garage. Front desk agent didn't know the location either. Had some maintenance issues, but the staff working at the property was helpful.

Amazing location and beautiful finishings

The studio loft condo was a real treat. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathroom downstairs was nicely renovated, and having a door that led directly outside on the first floor was a huge plus. The management staff was super helpful, I did not realize the door always locked when closed and locked myself out within the first 10 minutes of being at the condo. The front desk staff sent someone up immediately to let me back in. There is a gas fireplace, a small tv (which we did not turn on), a radio with CD player (no AUX jack), and a big comfy couch. Unit is good for a small group. Thanks for letting us stay at your place!
