The place was well cleaned and Amy was extremely responsive to messages. We would have liked more coffee cups. Beyond that, everything else was as advertised. Thank you for a great stay!

Good place from which to explore the city

A bunch of friends and I stayed at this lovely place while exploring Nashville for a week. A short drive from downtown and a short walk from the restaurants and shops of East Nashville, this was perfect!

This property was perfect for our group of 10 women. East Nashville is my favorite area of the city, the bars nearby each have such a fun spunky personality and the selection of restaurants nearby is perfect. I love the free parking for guests and you are within walking distance of those nice bars and restaurants. I would say the property is even cooler in person! The host was very responsive, which I really appreciated. There are also cool shopping areas near this property, such as the Fatherland district. Overall, great location for a big group to experience the less packed sides of Nashville, while also having the ability to Uber straight into the city if you do want that big city experience.

Great location, comfy beds!

Our stay was great! The place was perfect for our group and we all agreed the beds were so comfy. Fully stocked with anything we needed. So conveniently located, we had so many good meals just walking distance. Ubers to Broadway were like 10!

Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay here while we were in town working for the week. The location was great! It was close to our job site and close to so many restaurants. We had lots of things to do within walking distance. The apartment had plenty of space for all 4 of us as well. Perfect spot!

A group of us were in town for a conference and selecting a VRBO was a cheaper option than multiple hotel rooms. This place worked out perfectly for our group of six. There was enough space for us to spread out and relax after long conference days. Our dinners were in Downtown Nashville, which made coming back to the apartment afterward much easier than if we had stayed out near the conference location. Place head everything we needed, was clean and accommodating and close to where we needed to be. Definitely a better option for our group vs separate hotel rooms.

Nashville Stay Was great

Property matched the description well. About a 2 mile walk to Broadway St but we chose to drive or Uber down there. Lots of beds and parking was easy as we had our own vehicle. Once in a while you might here foot steps in property above but overall it was a quiet neighborhood. This unit also sits to the side of the main rd so no street noise. Internet was east to connect to and worked well. Property was clean and well decorated. Great place to stay and would stay again on our next Nashville trip! Thx

This house was perfect for our group - 2 moms and 3 adult daughters! The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were great. You are within walking distance of several restaurants and bars and a short Uber ride away from Broadway. The host was easy to communicate with and we would stay here again!
