-TV with Roku, coffee and side tables, sofa and chairs, individual AC unit with remote.

Kitchen/dining area:
-Includes refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, and compact washer/dryer. Bowls/plates, silverware, cooking utensils, baking sheet, pots and pans provided. Complimentary coffee, salt/pepper/oil, laundry detergent. Dining table/chairs can seat up to 6. Ceiling fan.

Bedrooms/Sleeping arrangements:
-Main bedroom in the back of the house: 1 queen bed. TV with Roku.
-Bedroom 2: 1 daybed (fits 1 or 2 people. Set up as a single bed, and only pulled out for 6-people reservation. Otherwise please request in advance). Can also be used as a dedicated workspace with desk and chair.
-Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds

Bathroom:
Full bathroom in hallway is bright and clean with full size tub/shower with grab bars and additional storage. Towels are provided.

Back Yard:
-Large, covered patio, picnic table seating up to 6, bistro table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, bench swing, string lights.

Side Yard:
-Fenced in grass lawn, string lights.

• Parking:
-Private parking : up to 2 compact cars or 1 large SUV in garage driveway (not covered parking).
-Free street parking as needed and available. (Please be aware of "No Parking Street Cleaning" signs on both sides of the streets.

• Getting around:
House has private parking for up to 2 compact cars or one large SUV in driveway (no covered parking). Free street parking as needed and available, and try not to park in front of the neighbor’s house. (Please be aware of No Parking street signs for “street cleaning” on Thursdays or Fridays 8am-12pm depending on which side of the street).
• Public transportation nearby as well as shared e-scooters (through an app) drop off/pickup location within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are usually only a few minutes away.
• I highly recommend using ride-sharing services if you don’t have a car:

• Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house and yard EXCEPT the garage.
Please note:
Gardener comes on Tuesdays, they work in the front and back/side yards with lawn mower and leaf blowers.

• Interaction with guests:
We are always available through the platform, you can always reach us via the inbox or text messages. You can also call us for any emergency situations.

• Other details to note:
The house is conveniently located at a corner in a residential neighborhood and across from a commercial plaza. You could also walk to a 24 Hour Fitness (1 block away) as well as restaurants/fast food/coffee shops. The front of the house is located on a small side street parallel to a semi-major street, while the back/side of the house borders a quiet residential street. Please note some traffic noise could be heard inside and outside of the house, the new double-pane windows do minimize most of the traffic noise.

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

• An early check in or check out may be requested, subject to availability:
$25 (up to 2 hours), $50 (up to 4 hours).

• Before checking out, please kindly help with the following:
- Please collect and take (only) food and drink related trash to the trash bin outside.
- Please do own dishes if used.
- Please turn off lights, AC, and lock all windows and doors.

For bookings longer than 30 days, we require guests to sign a rental agreement. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of our neighbor.
No excessive drinking and illegal/recreational drugs use allowed. No smoking/vaping of any kind and candle/charcoal burning allowed including outdoor.

Family stay in LB
This house was a great fit for my wife and two boys. The three bedrooms worked perfectly. The host is great with communication before during and after our stay. My wife appreciated the small touches like makeup remover wipes in the bathroom. The house is located near great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. It is also near the freeway which makes it easy when exploring Long Beach and surrounding areas.
