This condo is nestled in the heart of the vibrant Gulf Place Town Center. Decorated with a clean, beachy vibe, this 800 sq ft retreat offers accommodations for up to four guests!

- Bathroom comes fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

- Not all studios are built the same! This one features a privacy cabinet to keep your bed a little tucked away.

- Option 2: Sleeper sofa bed - We can also provide a pack n play for your little one!

🔆Neighborhood: Gulf Place is a 25-acre community located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Features: wide sidewalks that interconnect all of Gulf Place, nature walking trails, plenty of green spaces and benches to catch up and enjoy the views. You can enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid-back atmosphere. This beautifully designed community also surrounds a manicured amphitheater with a Town Center. Sunrise Coffee, Pizza by the Sea, Perfect Pig, and Ice Cream & Candy got you covered at Gulf Place.

Venture out further and take a short drive to discover the colorful towns of Grayton Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. For those craving a shopping spree, you have a lot of options with destinations like Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Destin Commons, and Pier Park Shopping Center just a short drive away.

Other things to note:
- Parking: You can find parking all around Gulf Place. Unfortunately, there is no designated parking.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
