Redfish Village is a beautiful well staffed condo development on 30-A. Price includes an umbrella and two beach chairs during the season. This beautifully designed condo is appointed with top of the line luxury and comfort in mind. Professionally decorated with all the comforts of home, it includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It has a large kitchen, with granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The condo also has walk in closets, hardwood flooring, and a large private balcony. New high grade carpet installed June 2018 in all three bedrooms.The unit includes a full size washer and dryer and Viking brand microwave and stove top and oven. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. There is also a fold out sleeper sofa that will sleep two comfortably. The amenities include private beach access and bath houses for owners and guest with two beach chairs and umbrella provided February to November. Other amenities include heated swimming pool and smaller additional pool, village green, children's playground, Redfish Lake, and three stainless steel gas grills at the poolside. An on-site shuttle will take you to/from your own private beach access during the season, which is approximately 700 feet from Redfish Village or a five and a half minute walk from the elevator. This unit also includes cable TV, and wifi cable internet service. Guest can also use the owner's lounge which includes a well equipped work out room, library, living room with large flat screen TV, and a meeting room. Minutes away from Grayton Beach and Seaside. The condo comes with a reserved parking space in a covered garage as well as ample parking in the lot. We have elevator access to the condo which is on the third level.

This is the most family friendly beach area we have ever been to. We feel completely at ease allowing our teenagers to ride bikes throughout the area. No hard core partying in Blue Mountain Beach.

Blue Mountain 30A
Wife and I have stayed at Redfish Village for several end of summer trips and continue to love the place and area. Short walk to a beautiful large white sand beach and it has never been overcrowded. Family friendly, so not a spring break beach party atmosphere here. See you guys again next year!

Fabulous beach vacation for my family!
This condo was perfect for my family of six. We each had enough privacy with the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and enjoyed spending time together around the dining area and on the deck. The condo is well appointed and a great location overlooking the pool. Easy access to the beach provided by the friendly shuttle service, or a short walk. The location is great, with easy access to dining and shopping, but not over crowded. We hope to enjoy this condo again soon!

We had a great time. There were 6 of us, and plenty of space for all of us. We never rented a place before that had a sofa, 2 love seats, large ottoman, and 2 chairs that were really comfortable in the living area. The patio furniture is the most comfortable we have ever had in a condo rental . All the showers worked great, and all the rooms had good lighting. Dining area worked out great. The appliances worked well. We would rent again from Luke. Ice Cream shop a block away, the beach a few blocks away if you want to walk or take the free shuttle. La Loba’s bakery about three blocks away at the top of the hill is awesome. The beach was so beautiful, and the pool was really nice. 3 large grills by the pool area, elevator to all floor levels.
Wonderful place to stay!
Had an awesome time. Everything was wonderful. The only reason I gave the stay a four star instead of a five is the carpet in the master bed room needs to be replaced. Other then that it is a fabulous place.
We installed high grade carpet in all three bedrooms June 2018.

This was the most well equipped condo we’ve every stayed in. The beds were comfy; furniture was very comfortable and it was a beautiful property. The condo was spotless on arrival and was truly as pictured on the website. We had s great trip!

I can not say enough good things about this place. From the exceptional service provided from the owner to the location of the condo this place is a must stay! I will definitely be back. Luke was awesome and was always very friendly and easy to deal with. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation and the property is very convenient to the beach and Blue Mountain Creamery. Redfish Village is located right on 30A and there is a bank, restaurant and a few shops located on the property.
The condo is located on the 30-A corridor midway between Panama City and Destin (30 minutes from each) A short bike ride to the village of Seaside Beach.(4.8 miles)

Additional information about rental rates
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Rental periods are from Sat 3 PM to Sat 10 AM during the peak season. Rental periods are for full week increments (7 days, 14 days etc.) during the peak season. The $59.00 damage protection fee covers the first $1,500.00 of damage to the condo and amenities. We no longer require our renters to buy the CSA insurance, which was also $59.00 for the first $1,500.00 of damage. This is because we don't want to offend anymore of our renters by filing a claim against them for actual damage that may or may not have occurred during their particular stay. You are welcome to purchase additional insurance thru CSA if you like but it is not required by us.
