*** Heated - Saltwater Pool and Spa *** This 8 bedroom + 6 Bathroom home was professionally decorated by world renowned interior decorator *** Character themed rooms and home theater area make this home very desirable. This Beautiful new 8-bedroom x 6 full bathrooms is in one of Central Florida's most sort after Resort Community of WINDSOR ISLAND. Windsor Island is a 24 x 7 manned -gated community located just south of US 192 on Hwy 27. It is located within easy access to the various theme parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. and approximately 90 minutes form some of Florida's most attractive beaches like Clearwater beach on the west coast & Daytona beach on the east coast. Home has tiles in all wet areas and Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) in all other areas *** NO CARPETS*** There are two bedrooms downstairs one of which is the Master Suite with private walkout to the heated pool and spa! Smart Televisions are in all rooms with large screen Televisions in the main living area. There is a large, covered lanai with a large, screened in heated pool and spa where the family can hang out and relax while enjoying a BBQ. The Clubhouse is approximately a 10 minutes' walk and our guests are given complementary use of the amenities, which include: - Zero-Entry Resort Pool, Lazy River, Kid's Water Park, Double Waterslide, Spa/hot tub, kid's Play Area, Family-Size Cabanas, 9-Hole Mini-Golf Course, Fire-Pit & Picnic Area, Hammock Garden, Dual Cornhole Court, Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Fitness Center, Game Room, Café & Ice-Cream Shop, Bar, Clubhouse with an outdoor bar and dining area.

Hot tub and pool were heated and fantastic. This home definitely fit the description and we had a wonderful stay. Additionally, the Windsor Island clubhouse area was great. Sam was a very responsive host and overall best VBRO home we have stayed in to date. Would definitely stay there again!

Home was just as described and pictured. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The themed rooms were very nice the kids loved them. We really enjoyed the heated pool. There were choices for food and groceries close to the property. The only thing that could have been better would have been the ability to adjust the temperature from inside the home. We had to text to get the temp adjusted which we did one night but we got in late other nights and we didn’t feel comfortable texting but we were pretty cold. But all in all we had a great stay and would book this property again and would recommend to groups coming to the area.

Excellent stay for the whole family

We had a fantastic week at this property! The themed rooms, games and pool at the home were so much fun for the kids, and the Clubhouse area was great for all ages with a lazy river, water slides, bar and grill. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This house is so nicely decorated and clean the windsor resort property is one of the nicer ones ive stayed in amenities and clubhouse wise .This particular house had everything my family of 8 needed spacious and fun the pool heat and spa worked great no issues . The only thing i would change or look into is the water pressure and heat , it wasnt strong or like hot hot which if all of us were showering at one time i understand but i had some times where i showered no washer going no one awake and it was just warm . That maybe due to how large the house is but thats literally the only thing we all agreed could of been better as far as pictures and actuality the pictures match in real life . They start you off with complimentary things to get you started like trash bags , and soap and washing powder few treats which is great because we thought we were going to get here by checkin and traffic had other plans so we arrived late having a start made it less stressful to have to go out and look for stores . It is surrounded by shops and food so you dont have to go far . Honestly i would recommend and book again !! Our stay was from 3/1/26 - 3/8/26 family of 8 2 adults 5 teens from ages 15 to 18 and 1 minor 11 .

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was perfectly sized for our family with space for everyone. It was beautifully decorated and everyone felt very comfortable. We had one issue (our own fault) and the owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Amazing house

Loved this property! House was clean, spacious and had plenty of amenities around the resort for kids and adults. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! Host was quick to answer any questions we had and very easy to deal with. The whole process was seamless from booking to check out!

Stunning home

Our family of 9 had an amazing trip. The home is beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The only drawback is the parking situation in the neighborhood. Just go slow and you will be fine. Book this house! The manager is also a great communicator. We will be back!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had and overall it was a great place to stay for our family vacation. Even with 12 of us we felt we had plenty of space.

Beautiful property

The property was just as nice as the pictures, if not better. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and the property management sets this one apart! Family Getaway

We had a great week with family. The pictures were extremely accurate, house was spacious and clean. Communication was excellent for any issues/needs we had while we were there. (One of the curtain rods fell the first day and we messaged to let him know, he offered to send someone the next day to fix it). One of the back door alarms were reading as open even when the door was closed and he checked in to make sure everything was ok. Overall great stay, highly recommend. Amenities available to entertain variety of ages including air hockey, theater & foosball.

Wonderful property!

We had a fabulous stay with our family, which was adults and children ages 3-9. From the initial communication, our host was super responsive and worked with us every step of the way. The checkin process was super easy. Upon arrival the home was very clean and better than we had expected. Everything ran smoothly for our stay. The rooms were fantastic and movie room was a favorite. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this was by far our favorite. Thank you, Sam! We will definitely be planning to book with you all again!

Great for big family

The house and community were excellent. However, it is important to inform guests that they must register their vehicles at the office for each driver and vehicle. Additionally, the checkout process can be improved to avoid traffic congestion when a large number of guests are checking out simultaneously. It is recommended to implement different checkout times to prevent guests from being stuck in traffic for an extended period. Otherwise the house was beautiful and good for kids of all ages. Would stay again.

Yes, sometimes during peak season it will get a bit backed up at the gate as would any high demand resort where security is a priority. Beautiful property !!

Absolutely blown away! This house is so beautiful just like the pictures, extremely clean, very well maintained, the interior design looks impeccable. The host was super responsive and made everything so easy. Customer service 10/10. And let's talk about the house itself..Such a phenomenal and stunning house. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, and the heated pool was a dream! It was pristine and the perfect temperature—I've never experienced such cleanliness in a pool before. The LED lights added a magical touch at night, and my family had a blast. Plus, the kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with utensils, coffee machines, and cooking supplies. Overall, a fantastic stay! Can't wait for another chance to go back!

The home was very nice, but the detail cleaning had a lot to be desired. The large burner on the stove was not working. The refrigerator had been turned down to the lowest setting, and the ice had melted, and frozen in the dispenser. This leaked water out of the freeze onto the floor until ice was removed from dispenser. There were also roaches found on the drying mate in the kitchen sink. The most disturbing incident was one of our cars being towed. We were told that we could park two cars in the garage, two in the driveway, and one on the street. There was a sign in front of the house that said no parking on this side of the street. There was a parking place directly across the street with no parking signs, so we parked one of our vehicles there. Down the street there was a no parking sign, that had the arrow covered with tape pointing to the corner. About twenty five yards down the street, the other way, was another no parking sign that had the arrow covered up with tape, pointing in the opposite direction. So that is why we parked in front of the house across the street where there was no sign. When we discovered that our car was missing we went to the guard station, and we were informed that our car had been towed. The guard say that about a month ago the street had been changed into an access road, and there was no parking on the street. That was the first time we had heard this. I contacted the host, and he blamed us. Windsor also took no responsibility. 230 tow bill.
