Hidden Gem - Walk to the Beach!

Remodeled and professionally decorated townhouse in the lush secluded neighborhood of Steward's Watch. Sip your morning coffee on the screened porch while you debate whether to bask on the beach, swim in the pool, kayak on Salt Pond, or play a rousing game of pickleball. The beach is just over a half mile away and you can either walk, drive (and park with provided parking pass), or ride the town trolley which stops 1 block west of the house.

(NOTE: Our community pool is being totally replaced this spring and is not expected to be completed before the July 4 weekend. Accordingly, we have discounted the daily rental rate for the month of June to compensate for the temporary loss of this amenity.)

The upstairs bedrooms have a total of two queen beds and two twin beds. There are dressers in each bedroom closet for you to unpack and store your clothes. Amenities include a Weber charcoal grill, a two-person kayak, an outdoor shower, six beach chairs and assorted toys, and a large Frankford commercial beach umbrella. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the townhouse and several unreserved additional spaces around the neighborhood. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms.

High-speed internet (no cable TV) is provided along with a 48" flat screen TV in the family room, together with a sound bar and subwoofer, and a Blu-ray/DVD player. You can access streaming services through an Amazon Firestick. There is also a smaller 32" smart TV in the master bedroom which provides access to streaming services.

Sorry, no pets. Also, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels.
