Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out is at 10am on the day you are leaving. All keys need to be back to Crowley by then, failure to do so will result in late charges that will be taken from your security deposit.
Please make sure your vehicles are not parked in the spots past 10am on check out day so the cleaning crews can park as they need to get in the property to prepare it for our next guest
Please take out the garbage and recycling during your stay. Please have all dishes, plates, etc. washed, cleaned and put away before you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay at Blue Surf couldn’t have been any better. The space is nicely appointed and seemed much larger than even the pictures show. The kitchen had updated appliances and well equipped with serve ware. The location is amazing and you couldn’t ask to be closer to everything Bethany has to offer. We also very much enjoyed the beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. It was perfect for our family.

PERFECT location

Location is absolutely perfect for a family that wants to roam the boardwalk, hit the beach or generally enjoy Bethany. Plenty of space and the layout is great. The two secured parking spots are solid gold.

Right on the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. The beach is BUSY so it helped to walk down the boardwalk a bit to set up our umbrellas and chairs. The host provided the chairs, umbrellas, boards and bikes so we didn't have to haul any of that from home. Lots of space and we appreciated the 3 full bathrooms at the end of a sandy day!

A Wonderful Weekend at Blue Surf

We rented 307 Blue Surf two years ago. The property is still in great condition with new amenities such as Smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The location right on the boardwalk in the heart of Bethany still can’t be beat. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent vacation accommodations.

The entire process from start to finish was easy and the owner very personable, responsive, and accommodating. The condo actually exceeded expectations as we have been going to beaches our entire lives and have seen all levels of offerings. . Will be considering a return visit next year if we are able.

Best place to stay in all of Bethany Beach!

This oceanfront condo has everything you will need to have the best vacation ever! Oceanfront, private pool, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. all within walking distance. Park your car and never use it the entire week. We will be back again next year!

Bethany Beach Prime Location

Just as many have written before me, the location of this property is superb. Plus, the unit is wonderfully equipped, decorated, furnished and very clean. The whole extended family loved it, especially having a bath along with each bedroom, with a spacious room for the kids. A real plus was not having a big trek to get to the beach, or to a restaurant for a quick bite. We hope to stay here again next year!

Excellent property and location

Our family visited during Spring Break and we could not have asked for a better property and location. The unit was clean, stylish, and overall outstanding. Communicating with the owner was great and checking in and out was very convenient. The location was on the boardwalk and beach near stores and restaurants. Our family had an amazing time! We are from a little town in CT near the CT river. We love coming down to the beaches in DE, especially Bethany Beach as it's an awesome family place for a vacation on the water.

307 Blue Surf is the most spectacular OCEANFRONT condo in all of downtown Bethany Beach, DE. We have always loved these since they were built and said that if one became available we would be interested. One did and the rest is history.

What makes this property unique

Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 1 level. Also right on the boardwalk in downtown Bethany Beach, DE. The condo comes with 2 parking spots, off street as well as a pool only for this complex which is only 13 units. You could come for the week and never get in your car.
