Beautifully decorated and private to make you feel cozy and peaceful. You get assigned parking and access to the pool, community greenbelt areas and laundry room which is just downstairs. The Livingroom has a pullout bed for guests and extra seating. The kitchen has all stainless appliances and is stocked with your kitchen essentials.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn off all lights and heat & AC. Leave the key fab on the counter.
Throw out trash and lock the property put key back in lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA rules and guidelines. Fees for lost key is $75 and key fab $75. Throw out all garbage in community bins. Park in assigned parking spot #93.
Obey all noise rules in the community.

Nice Condo w/Responsive Owner

I enjoyed my stay at this rental for several reasons to include the responsiveness of the owners who had carpet and couch cleaned based on my observations without fail! The highlight of the apartment was the bed! It was the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I appreciated the hypoallergenic mattress cover as well! The daily/monthly rate is amazing and I'd stay there again.My stay was from late February through mid-June. I would've stayed longer if my traveler contract extension was confirmed in a timely manner.
