-No parties
-No smoking or vaping in the unit $1000 minimum charge if it is found that smoking or vaping has taken place. If you smoke on balcony or patio please close all doors and windows. If neighbours are affected in anyway by smoking or vaping it is to be stopped immediately
-Quiet time 11pm-8 am
-Please respect your neighbours
-No unleashed pets outside
-please leave house as you found it t avoid additional cleaning/repair charges

-Early Check in, before 4pm and late check out, after 11 am are charged at $25 including HST for each hour. This however is not always available and usually cannot be booked in advance. Cleaning schedules and booking schedules often make early check in and late check out un available

Amazing place for peace and quiet.

Place is great. The location is literally perfect. All creature comforts just down the street. Yet one minute of walking and your on the shoreline. A minute of walking the other way and your in groomed hiking trails with nature and quiet. The place has everything you want to be comfy. Nice fireplace. Nice backyard area. Clean and cozy.

This is a very peaceful neighborhood. Close to everything. Blue Mountain is 10min. Scandinave Spa is 6 minutes. Georgian Bay is a 2 minute drive. Collingwood downtown is less than 10 minutes. There are trails for biking hiking and skiing within walking distance. It is the perfect home base for all the areas activities
