Camine dos minutos a través de jardines tropicales hasta la mejor playa de Kaanapali con esnórquel fantástico justo en frente de la propiedad.

Nuestra pequeña cabaña de césped está decorada al estilo del viejo Hawai con todas las comodidades modernas. Our stay at Jeanne's little grass shack was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The condo is even more gorgeous in person. We loved using the private lanai for our coffee in the mornings. The beach chairs and toys were much appreciated. We will be back!

This is a wonderful studio room. The owner seemed to have thought of everything we might need during our stay including beach chairs, umbrella, etc., including a welcome basket. It is located next to an adult only pool and spa. Parking is great and the room could not have been cleaner. Highly recommend this Little Grass Shack at Kaanapali Villas.

Wonderfully appointed villa with everything we needed for our stay, including a wonderful Welcome basket stocked with local goodies. Host was very accommodating and providing us with local suggestions. Property was well maintained with friendly staff and great location on Kaanapali Beach. Already planning a return visit!

Fantastic stay at a lovely property

I’ve been to Maui Kaanapali Villas before and always had a good experience, but I have to say, this stay was the best of them. I love MKV for its great beach and quiet, low-key energy. The condo is beautiful, exactly as advertised, very comfortable, clean, and wonderfully accessible on the ground floor. On top of it, I have to give extra recognition to Jeanne for being such a fantastic host: her communication is great, and she clearly works hard to make sure her guests have a good experience. I have a disability, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that my accessibility needs and questions were addressed, provided extra linens and towels, so I could make fewer trips to the laundry, and I can’t express how much that level of courtesy and consideration increases your comfort for a trip as a whole when you struggle with a disability. If you’re considering booking this listing, just know that you’ll be getting the best version of what you hope you’ll be getting, and I know, next time I come back to Maui, I won’t be searching for an alternative – I’ll be booking here straight away.

Wonderful Vacation Condo!

What a beautiful condo! We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo is equipped with every amenity you can think of, and the welcome basket from Jeanne was a lovely touch. Can't beat the location, Kaanapali Beach is walking distance. We can't wait to come visit again.

Truly Paradise!

I just loved loved loved my stay here more than I can say! This condo is beautiful, clean, gracious, well located and quiet. The finishes are beautiful, there is everything you could ever need, even including good books and nail clippers! Not to mention the real orchids and treats!We were soooo happy and WE WILL BE BACK!!

Lovely and relaxing

The pictures do not do this condo justice. We were so comfortable for our entire trip. The extras provided were perfect; The basket of local goodies, the beach bag with a zipper, small cooler in the wagon outside, Beach chairs, Extra toiletries that we forgot, and all the kitchen items we needed. Jeanne is a wonderfully responsive host! We will definitely be returning.

Kaanapali heaven

This condo is only steps to North Kaanapali beaches and has great snorkeling with fish and turtles, swimming, beach walks, and wonderful views of offshore islands. It’s heaven to stay here, and Jeanne is a delightful host, very friendly and accessible, and she gave us a gift basket of goodies and orchids all around, even a lei. You can swim in the pools, play shuffleboard, cook your own food or eat at Castaways restaurant. I started each day by walking the tranquil beach at dawn, and spent more days on the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Once again we loved staying at this unit. We always enjoy walking in the door and seeing all the personal touches the owner makes: from the welcome basket, fresh lei on the bed and chocolates on the pillows. The unit is spotless and location is great. We cannot wait until next year.

An Absolutely Delightful Stay!

Pictures don't do this awesome studio justice! The space was perfect for the two of us. A very comfy king bed, ample size dining room, large bathroom with separate tub/shower. Loved the location - steps away from the smaller pool and very close to the larger one. Hot tubs at both were amazing. Beach is steps away from the larger pool and sunset was gorgeous with chaise loungers on the grace right by the sand beach. Jeanne was awesome! The special touches in the unit were too numerous to mention! We loved it and will be back!

Perfection in Maui

We have been returning to MKV for 40 years and for the last 20 years to this specific unit. There is really nothing that compares with it. And the owner is clearly first class. We will return over and over.

Terrific location and value

Perfectly appointed studio style condo with a beach view on Kaanapali Beach. Perfect for couples. We found the unit very clean and every detail was addressed by our host Jeanne. We were impacted by the Maui wildfires and unable to complete our entire stay, but we would definitely consider staying here again once things return to normal.

Fabulous Maui Condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Maui celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the owner left a lovely gift basket with wine, chocolate macadamia nuts, Maui coffee, and other island delights. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and even a few dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, and we also enjoyed the wagon full of beach supplies. Maui Kaanapali Villas is our favorite place to stay in Maui, and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Aloha, I’m Jeanne, and I have the joy of caring for our family’s villas at Maui Kaanapali Villas. I first moved to Lahaina in 1974, and since 1980 I’ve lived upcountry on the beautiful slopes of Makawao and Haʻikū. All of my children were born and raised here, enjoying the simple joys of growing up on Maui.

My oldest son traded his surfboard for a snowboard when he left for college, but my two younger boys still live on island and love spending time at our villa. My brothers and their families are based in California and visit as often as they can. In fact, during the 1980s, our entire family—parents, kids, and spouses—all lived together here at the Villas, filling the space with laughter and memories.

Now, it’s a joy to share this special place with guests like you. We take pride in treating our condos with love and care, and we’re sure you’ll feel the difference. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do—and perhaps we’ll have the chance to meet you soon.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When I first moved to Maui, my friends and I would park our Prindle Cat sailboats right on the beach in front of Maui Kaanapali Villas. It was our hangout spot—we’d spend hours sailing, relaxing on the sand, and ending our days at the Castaway Café bar. When my family came to visit, it quickly became our gathering place too.

In 1977, when my dad visited for the first time, he fell in love with the property so much that he purchased our first villa. A few years later, he purchased another, and ever since our family has been enjoying, remodeling, renting, and returning to this special place. Now some of my children are older than I was when I first arrived on Maui, and yet the magic of MKV hasn’t changed—it’s still our favorite place to spend time together.

Everyone in our family loves coming back to the villas, and just as my mom and dad passed them on to us, we know one day we’ll pass them on to our kids. Maui Kaanapali Villas remains one of the only places on Kaanapali Beach that has held onto that same warm, welcoming feeling it had decades ago. We hope you’ll find as much joy here as we have over the years.

My dad first purchased here in 1977 after falling in love with the property, and since then three generations of our family have grown up sailing, swimming, and spending time at MKV. We personally live on island, so each condo is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully cared for—not managed by a distant company.

Unlike the busier parts of Kaanapali Beach, our location north of Black Rock offers a calm, serene stretch of sand that feels private, while still giving you all the conveniences of a resort: pools, hot tubs, beach chairs, beachfront dining, and easy access to Whalers Village and Lahaina. Families especially appreciate our bathtub for sandy kids, pull-out sofa, gated pool just steps away, and a full kitchen with a real fridge and freezer—details that make vacation simple.
