Location is great. The host was responsive. We booked with a pet and paid but then had to pay after checkout because housekeeping found pet hair. I guess it was an oversight in our original charge but feel like we should not have been charged the fee since the reservation clearly showed a pet. We did like the unit and found everything comfortable with the exception of the bed.

Loved our stay! Excellent location, parking included, and the place had a great vibe. Communication was excellent. Only snafu was someone kept stealing our parking spot (no fault of the property managers), but it was resolved with no issue and they communicated with us quickly! You can walk most anywhere in the historic district from this spot, and it has most everything you would need. Highly recommend!

Nicely deocrated, quiet, and easy access. Had difficulty with the lock on entrance door. Very hard to open. Othef than that the stay was relaxing. Thank you so much.

Historic Charm, Everything just a Short Walk Away

This historic house had such charm, was within walking distance to everything in Savannah and was super cozy/comfortable with everything we needed. The house is also close to a free trolley stop (DOT Express Shuttle) which does a loop through the downtown area if you didn't feel like walking.There is also a free Savannah Belles Ferry from River Street. We would definitely stay again if visiting Savannah

Wonderful Unit

The Magnolia Unit was perfect for the town of Savannah. It was in a quiet area but close to all the wonderful things that can be done in town. It was a great place to stay.

Perfect Hideaway

This apartment was a wonderful little escape for me and my husband. The area around the apartment was quiet and the other renters around us were quiet as well. The kitchen is furnished perfectly for a short stay. The bathroom was perfect and the washer/dryer was so nice to have. The living room was perfect for watching TV and just hanging out. The only downside is the bed. While very comfortable, I’m not confident that it is a queen sized bed. It felt more like a full. But we still slept well on it. I would definitely use this company again. They were responsive and reach out a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was going okay.

Perfect place to stay in historic Savannah

My husband and I stayed here during our visit to historic Savannah. It was a great apartment that had everything we needed. The location was excellent: we were within walking distance of everything including Forsyth Park and River Street. The apartment’s off street parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Roomy and convenient

Although we had a rough start (room has not been cleaned from prior occupants) it turned out fine. I was on a work trip and was at work all day so i basically had the vrbo for overnights. I did not get to take advantage of other amenities. The room was very nice.

Great location, free parking, ground floor

Really enjoyed our stay and will return. Only one lamp in unit vs online pics with several so would have liked more light. But great location, no steps, free parking and very clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for downtown, but be aware: bit noisy from the busy road! Nice and roomy, bit short on kitchen supplies - nearly no glasses.

Clean great place. I had someone sbove me with babies that were crawling and playing on the floor above constantly throughout the day, that was annoying but, it didnt happen at night thank goodness. Nice place otherwise

Everything was great with the exception of the bathroom sink.The stopper was broken. It wouldn't rise to drain the water. I reported it and was told they will fix it however they never showed up. It was very inconvenient.
